Hatcher stars as Ruth Finley and Penikett plays her husband Ed. In the shadow of the BTK killer in Wichita, Kansas, a couple’s quiet life is shattered after Ed suffers a heart attack. As police search for answers, all they find are more questions, and suspicions begin to mount that the true culprit might be closer to home than anyone realizes.
