Tinted suncream

‘It’s so important to always wear SPF and I never travel without my eltaMD clear tinted broad-spectrum one. It’s a lightly tinted facial sunscreen and is great as a make-up base alternative. Toner

‘Given that it’s not possible to have this in a sachet, I decant my Helichrysum Hyaluronic Toner into a mini bottle with a spray top and never leave it behind. Toner is incredibly important to balance the pH of the skin and also remove calcium and minerals that you get from tap water and that can block the pores! This toner is formulated with helichrysum water, hyaluronic acid, white wine extract and amino acids to help slow down the ageing process, and antioxidise and hydrate the skin.’
Concealer
RMS "Un" Cover-Up concealer, £29
‘I’m not a big make-up person, but RMS’s "Un" Cover-Up concealer is great when paired with my Elta-MD tinted facial sunscreen. The concealer is a skin-perfecting, illuminating concealer that I use under my eyes, lightly applying it with my ring finger. I love this because it’s clean and doesn’t dry out the skin under my eyes.’
Iodine tincture
‘I always bring Lugol’s Iodine 15% solution tincture on a flight, adding four drops to water, and I make sure I drink it on the plane. It staves off air-conditioning germs and supports immunity.’
Magnesium powder

Activewear
