Allie Fraza

Allie has worked alongside Nick Gavin and his top Compass team for more than half a decade. After moving to Brooklyn from her beloved home in Rhode Island post-grad, Allie quickly developed a strong interest in the alluring and distinct New York City real estate market. She began her career at another top brokerage in the city, and as her interests evolved, so too did her professional path.

In her current role, she draws from her hospitality background to create seamless, client-oriented transactions. Having facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn, Allie is intimately familiar with the sales processes in condos, coops, townhouses and new developments.
