Earning Criteria

Successfully complete the Core Training Skills Workshop and be signed off by the Master Trainer.
Successfully complete the Facilitation Skills Workshop and be signed off from the Master Trainer.
Attend and contribute to the Professional Development monthly series. This is required to maintain the badge but not to secure it initially.
