American woman urges McDonald's to introduce new fries size in the US after being left stunned by unusual menu item in Denmark

Would you like fries with that? Well, one woman visiting Denmark was stunned to discover a large order of fries gets you a lot more than it does in the US.

Audrey Peters took to TikTok to share her extra-large portion of fries after being stunned over their sheer size - declaring that the mega portion needs to be sold in McDonald's restaurants in America.

Audrey, who is from Miami but currently lives in New York City, explained she is currently in Copenhagen, Denmark, and was doing a taste test at a McDonald's with an order some large fries.

However, when they were delivered she was gobsmacked to find a portion way larger than what she was used to at home.

Holding up the huge carton with two hands, the 26-year-old declared that 'never' in her life had she seen a portion that large.

'This is as big as my head,' she said in amazement, showing them off to the camera.

'I've never in my life seen these sized fries and I'm not only in shock, but I'm in literal bliss,' she continued, before telling viewers: 'We need this sized fries in the United States.'

Although Audrey had never seen fries that size before, viewers were quick to tell her she hadn't actually ordered large fries but the sharing size.

Others were quick to inform her that the U.S. does have an equivalent, which is called a basket of fries.

'Girl that's a sleeve of fries we got a WHOLE BASKET of fries in the states,' one pointed out.

'That is the share size in DK, we do have a "regular" large also,' said another.

'It is not a large fries you have, we call it a sharing fries it's so people can share,' pointed out another McDonald's fan.

'Now that's the proper amount of fries,' declared another user.

While the thought of ordering a large sleeve of sharing fries is far from sickening, McDonald's fans were disgusted to find out what was really in an iced tea.

In 2023, US-based content creator who goes by Gia on TikTok gave viewers an inside look at how the popular drink is made, leaving them horrified.

In the clip, the worker revealed that they put an entire four-pound bag of sugar in the popular beverage.

The video showed Gia pouring an entire four-pound bag of White Satin sugar into a bucket of tea.

She also stirred the tea after pouring all of the sugar.

Gia captioned the clip: 'Yes we use a whole bag, sometimes two.'
