Team GB ran have already won two golds, a silver and a bronze with more chances for Great Britain to win again tonight on 'Medal Monday'.

Tom Daley started an avalanche of success by picking up second in the 10metre synchronised platform event this morning with Noah Williams.

Shortly afterwards Laura Collett sealed a first British gold medal at the Paris Olympics as the eventing squad won the team competition at the Chateau de Versailles. Hours later Laura then won a bronze in the individual eventing competition.

Though fans are delighted to see Team GB collecting another medal, many at home are furious that the BBC removed Tom's touch and go puncture moment, failing to include it during the cross-country mountain biking on Monday.

One fan wrote: And the @BBCSport decide that cutting out a chunk of the live mountain biking to bleat on about the morning events, missing Tom Pidcock getting a puncture and falling back….. FFS!'

'BBC missing the Tom Pidcock puncture is not 'one of those things' - it was an avoidable error, they could have done an overlap from BBC Two to BBC One, and not bothered with an iplayer ad and a morning summary. Discovery + / Eurosport is your friend.'
