A loyal Chick-fil-A customer has slammed the fast food outlet after incurring an unexpected cost added to her meal - declaring the chain is 'getting out of hand' and should 'count their days.'

In a video with over 240,000 views, TikTok user @_staylina reveals she was charged a bag fee of 10 cents in her latest order, which was just a simple box of fries and a drink.

'I place a mobile order, right? Just French fries. Just French fries and a drink,' she explained in the video.

'Why the f**k did I get charged for the bag?' she continued, sounding outraged.

The creator continued on her impassioned speech - desperately asking what the chain will charge for next.

'What's next? What's next? You gonna charge me for the French fry container?

'You gonna charge me for the potatoes? You gonna charge me to park in your parking lot?' she raged.

She also slammed the eatery for changes made to their rewards program on the app a few years ago.

'I'm in the top tier,' she explained. 'Why the f**k did you guys change it?'

The chicken enthusiast said when she first became 'obsessed' with Chick-fil-A, it was far easier to earn enough points for a free drink.

'But now it's taking me 100 f**king years just to earn a free drink,' she complained.

'Count your days Chick-fila-A, I'm so over it.'

The fast-food lover then urged everyone to start looking at their receipts.

'Y'all, start looking at your receipts,' she declared. 'Try and see if you're getting charged for your bags… I get it at the stores that you go shopping at that ban bags. But like, this is food.

'What am I supposed to do? Walk out holding it?' she asked.

'What's next, we gotta go out and kill the chicken ourselves?' the creator added.

The TikTok user has previously had a video about Chick-fil-A that went viral, after noting the meat tastes different.

'They literally changed the chicken,' she said passionately. 'And it is the most disgusting chicken I've ever had.'

In a comment, she mentioned the price of her favorite meals have also increased.

'The meal I get used to be $8 max... then after they changed it went to $12 plus,' she wrote.

TikTok users weighed in, many agreeing that the price has gotten out of hand.

'It's like $65 plus to feed me, my husband, and our three kids at Chick-fil-A and I don't even get a meal I only get a sandwich. Like that's RESTAURANT money not fast food money,' one user commented.

'YEP! We don't go anymore. Feeding a family of six is outrageous cost and then to top it off the chicken taste horrible and the quantity of fries is just damn sad,' another agreed.

Another suggested the bag cost may differ state to state.

'You must live in a state that has a reusable bag law. I just looked at all my receipts in the app and there's no bag fee. I'm in Texas,' they wrote.

Single use plastic bags have been banned in Pennsylvania, where it appears Aylin lives, since January 2024.

The regulation requires retailers to charge a fee of at least $0.10 for compliant paper and reusable bags.
