35-year-old Rebecca is now married with two children and lives the quiet life in Norway
She said: 'It's a topic that often comes up when I'm out with my girlfriends.
'An accidental drunk one night stand is maybe easier to forgive than constant lying and sneaking behind the back, I would never be able to forgive that.'
And after years of negative attention Loos told Daybreak hosts Kate Garraway and Aled Jones that she regrets ever selling her story.
She said: 'I'm a mother now and married and knowing what I know now I would definitely have gone about things quite differently.
'I was young and foolish and very reckless. I didn't think things through and acted on impulse a lot.
'I think I regret the impact on everybody. I think I could have gone about it in a kinder way.
'I don't regret speaking out but I regret the way I went about it.'
Rebecca made the most of her 'fifteen minutes of fame' following her explosive claims that she had a four-month fling with David Beckham
The News Of The World first broke the story of Beckham's alleged affair and Loos soon went public to confirm the news.
A career in glamour modeling and reality TV followed and she was estimated to have made £1million out of her 'fifteen minutes of fame'.
The 35-year-old posed nude for Dutch Playboy, and flirted her way through a series of Celebrity Love Island.
She was photographed falling out of every London nightclub and hit the headlines with a string of bisexual relationships.
But when she fell pregnant by accident in 2008 the star revealed 'my crazy days are over' and after moving to Madrid to be near her family finally settled in Norway marrying a handsome 6.2" doctor who she said 'knew about the Beckham thing' but was not bothered.
She was estimated to have made £1million through modelling jobs and reality TV appearances
Today she lives under the radar with husband Sven and two young sons Magnus, aged 3, and Leo, eighteen months, and says she is happy living the quiet life.
She said: 'Motherhood and marriage are the best bits of my life now. Who would have thought I would be enjoying that?'
35-year-old Loos, who now works in film production added: 'If I hadn't have fallen pregnant by my then boyfriend I would probably still be living in London doing the celebrity scene.
'It was because I fell pregnant and was to become a mother that I decided to make changes.'

When she first announced that she was pregnant for the first time in 2009 she gave an interview to Spanish television programme 'Esta Pasando' saying: 'Being pregnant is a marvellous experience. Before I was afraid about the idea of giving birth but now I'm really looking forward to it.
'Money is wonderful but it's not everything in life. I'm very lucky to be having a child with someone I want to spend the rest of my life with'.
Rebecca, pictured here with David Beckham in Madrid, sold her story for a six figure sum but now says that she regrets how she dealt with everything
She gave an interview with Sky Television in 2004 and said that what she did was wrong but insisted she was telling the truth
