'When Trump speaks he doesn't make any sense but he says it with a lot of confidence and power so people mistake that as truth and intelligence.' She then pointed to Biden, explaining that 'when you have someone who does know what they're talking about' but the delivery isn't as good 'it gets kind of lost in the shuffle.'
