Internet conspiracy theorists come up with bizarre claims about Biden

X users have devised an outrageous new set of conspiracy theories - including claims that President Joe Biden has been secretly replaced by an imposter. A viral video showed the President and his wife, Jill Biden, walking out of the White House after he addressed the nation about his decision to drop out of the Presidential race.

While many commenters praised the 81-year-old for his years of service to his country, conspiracy theorists have since made bizarre claims about his height, and that the man in the video was a 'stand in' for Joe. Theorists have also suggested that his alleged growth was a side effect of COVID-19 , which he battled earlier this month.

The President is currently 6'0, while his wife stands at 5'6. One theorist did the math and factored in distance and Jill's shoes to conclude that Joe was allegedly four to five inches taller than his wife.

The X user claimed Jill wore two to three-inch heels when she walked out of the White House with her husband. They believed Jill looked as tall as the President's chin and then claimed the average distance from a chin to the top of a man's head is 24.1 centimeters.

After converting centimeters to inches, using the low end of those numbers, and averaging out the digits, the X user believed he came up with what he believed was the correct height difference. They concluded his findings by assuming COVID-19 was the reason behind the growth, despite the shoes Jill was wearing that night. This new theory is one of a few claims made by X users regarding President Biden's health.

X users created a series of memes last week after he was rumored to be in hospice care after he tested positive for COVID-19 and was out of the public eye for nearly a week. Multiple X users who created the memes were seemingly inspired by things like 'Where's Waldo?,' missing person posters, and milk cartons that advertised an individual that disappeared.

Well-known radio host Alex Jones also went viral after he posted a July 22 X video asking viewers - 'Is Joe Biden Dead?.' The video, which has received nearly 8 million views, led to a slew of conspiracy theory tweets, ranging from AI, to the President having been dead for two years.

Several conspiracy theorists have only discussed his height, but more than one person claimed the alleged growth spurt was because of health issues other than COVID-19, including Parkinson's Disease . 'Another side effect of COVID. Apparently it makes you much taller,' an X user tweeted.

Another person wrote: 'Clone number 8 is actually taller. I wonder where they found this one.' When did Joe Biden grow that much? That's a nice treatment he got for his cold, COVID, etc... Or is it once again not him,' tweeted an X user. There is no actual evidence to support the claim that Covid 19 makes people taller, or that Biden has been replaced by a body double.
