Livvy Dunne trolls Paul Skenes over unenthusiastic TikTok during trip to MLB All-Star Game

MLB star rookie Paul Skenes is all about baseball but when it comes to taking part in his girlfriend Olivia 'Livvy' Dunne's TikTok videos, he doesn't seem to be as excited.

No need to fret, however, as Dunne gave the perfect explanation to friends and fans for her pitching beau's lack of social media skills.

On Monday, baseball's most high-profile couple filmed a TikTok video from a private jet taking them to the MLB All-Star game in Arlington, Texas, although Skenes looked as if he barely put in any effort to follow Dunne in mouthing words of the audio that featured in the post.

The contrasting vibes from the couple led one person to playfully comment: 'That's probably the most effort he could give. Way to go Paul.'

Dunne replied: 'He doesn't know how to tik the tok.'

For a guy who usually stays off the grid, Skenes has featured in several of Dunne's TikTok posts lately, the platform where the model boasts 8million followers, including one where the Pirates star is surprised with balloons and pizza at his apartment after his first selection ever for the MLB All-Star game.

Dunne also showed off her boyfriend in a post in May with the caption: 'POV: you both wake up from a a nap and find out he's in MLB.'

The LSU gymnastics star was in the stands for MLB All-Star festivities, where she stunned on the red carpet ahead of the game alongside a dapper-looking Skenes. She was even spotted cheering him on during his one inning-cameo on the mound.

The Fullerton, California native threw seven pitches at 98.2 mph or harder in his first All-Star Game appearance, five of which were 99.6mph or faster.

Before the start to the All-Star Game, Dunne revealed her astonishment at just how hard Skenes can pitch.

'My brain can't even process how hard he throws,' she said on the red carpet. 'It's incredible and it's such a joy to watch.

'He's a great baseball player, but an ever better person.'
