EXCLUSIVE: 'Nobody else will ever understand that relationship': Emma Bunton reveals incredible 'bond' with her fellow Spice Girls and says they've 'been through so much together'

Spice Girl Emma Bunton has reflected on her unbreakable bond with her fellow bandmates and friends, Mel B, Mel C, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham.

Speaking to MailOnline exclusively on Wednesday, the singer, 46, said she will always be close to the girls as they've 'been through so much together'.

After the group became the biggest girl band of all time, Emma said: 'Nobody else will ever understand that relationship between us'.

'We've been through so much and we still go through so much, from children to work,' Emma said. 

'There's a bond there and it's very, very strong.' 

On Monday, Emma reunited with Mel C as they hit the stage together at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London as part of her festive tour.

Speaking about the reunion which thrilled fans, Emma Said: 'She is just so much fun and we spend so much time together and to be on stage together.'

'I became unwell in the middle of the tour and lost my voice. It was heartbreaking and absolutely devastating but the support I got from my fans was amazing,' Emma said. 

She said that performing again with Sporty Spice reminded her of when they used to perform together as part of the Spice Girls in the early days of their career.

'When I was back on stage with Mel C, you immediate go back to that moment and it feels very magical and like yesterday,' she said.

The Spice Girls first formed in 1994 and went on to release a number of international hits including Wannabe, Stop, Spice Up Your Life and Too Much. 

The group took a hiatus in 2000 and soon worked on solo material. 

They reunited for a tour in 2007 and released the track, Headlines (Friendship Never Ends). They also recently performed another tour called Spice World in 2019, without Posh Spice, which earned an incredible $78.2 million in ticket sales.

Last month meanwhile, the girls reunited at Geri's star-studded 50th birthday party and even danced to some of their hit songs on the dancefloor.

Victoria wrote at the time: 'When the #spicegirls reunite for one night only (minus Scary Spice! We miss you Mel B!!) Love you girls xx.'
