Madonna and her children create a beautiful mural from broken glass of a dove and 'tree of life' in Kibera.
After ringing in the new year in Malawi over the weekend, the 64-year-old Grammy winner shared pictures and videos of the creation of their mesmerizing mosaic.
She wrote on Instagram that they created the masterpiece 'in honor of the great work that Kennedy Odede is doing' for Shining Hope for Communities [Shofco].

The star described Shofco as an organization Odede 'created when he was a child living in the slums of Nairobi to improve the lives of families living in these challenging conditions.'
She continued: 'Focusing on filtering the water, Education, Enabling loans for women and men to start up businesses and putting a stop to gender-based violence By empowering women, taking legal action and giving them a safe space to Rebuild their lives.'
The mom-of-six went on to write that she and her children were 'very impressed with his work and his commitment' to this community.
In the footage, her kids can be seen having a blast as they created a beautiful mural before exploring the largest city of Kenya.

At one point, the family visited SHOFCO Kibera School of Girls and Madonna posed for a motorcycle that said 'Jesus Saves.'
On her Instagram Story, the Queen of Pop shared images with her 'new friends' as well as pictures from an art gallery, women's empowerment center and a library.
Another picture showed Madonna from behind looking over the city with 'Dream big 2023' on it.

During her visit, she wore a wide-brimmed hat, graphic sweatshirt, baggy shorts over black tights, oversized shades and and red hair in two braids.
The Like A Virgin singer rang in 2023 in Malawi with her 17-year-old son David, 16-year-old daughter Mercy and 10-year-old twins Stelle and Estere.
David, Mercy, Stelle and Estere were all born in Malawi and later adopted by the Material Girl singer.
She has two other children as well: Rocco, 22, from her past marriage to Guy Ritchie and 26-year-old Lourdes Leon who she shares with Carlos Leon.
