A little freshen up! Mel B gets Botox at popular Sydney clinic ahead of her appearance on The Masked Singer: 'Talk about Viva Forever'

She is in Sydney to film the new season of The Masked Singer Australia.

And on Wednesday, former Spice Girl Mel B, 48, was spotted visiting the clinic of Botox injector to the stars Dr Joseph Hkeik to get a freshen up for the show.

Hkeik posted some photos of him and the British pop star posing at the Sydney surgery and captioned it with some hilarious words.

'Talk about Viva Forever, quite literally. She looks incredible. Thank you for coming to see us Mel B,' he wrote.

One photo shows a happy looking Mel B showcasing her wrinkle-free visage and flawless skin as she stood next to the celebrity cosmetic surgeon.

Another captured the English native blowing a kiss towards the grateful doctor as they both hammed it up for the camera.

It comes after Dave 'Hughsey' Hughes shared an awkward text message exchange with Mel B ahead of filming the new season.

Speaking to the Hughesy, Ed & Erin breakfast show, the comedian, 51, revealed that he'd received a brutal response from Mel after asking the former Spice Girl for advice about his facial hair.

During the exchange, Hughsey asked Mel whether or not he should 'keep or lose the beard', while sending her a photo of his unshaven face.

Mel, who had just arrived in Sydney after a long-haul flight from England, was in no mood for niceties, however.

Reading Mel's response aloud, he said: 'Umm, maybe. But more to the point, ask your wife not me - d**ckhead'.

Hughesy signed off the segment with a message directed at his frenemy, exclaiming: 'Thank you Mel B, accurate as always'.

Last year, Hughesy lifted the lid on his love-hate friendship with Mel, who joined The Masked Singer Australia panel in 2022.

'We've got a new panel. We're actually already filming, and it's hectic! Absolutely hectic. I tell you what - I know why Scary Spice is called Scary Spice,' Hughsey said during an appearance on The Sunday Project in July.

Mel and Hughesy will join returning judges Abbie Chatfield and Chrissie Swan for this year's installment of The Masked Singer Australia.
