Standon Calling is an annual music festival held near the village of Standon, Hertfordshire, in the grounds of private residence Standon Lordship.
It comes after Victoria Beckham disappointed her fellow Spice Girls by saying she will not appear at Glastonbury next year to mark their 30th anniversary.
Reports had claimed that all five original members would reunite in 2024 for a headline slot at Worthy Farm.
But a source close to Mrs Beckham told The Mail on Sunday that she wants to concentrate on her fashion label, and will not tour with the band again despite their repeated pleas.
She has not ruled out 'some kind of other celebratory appearance' – although that doesn't mean she will sing.
Mrs Beckham, 49, is due to take part in a documentary film made by Star Trek and Star Wars director J. J. Abrams which will tell the story of the band's rise to stardom in the 1990s and feature interviews and unseen material from their personal archives.
Mr Abrams and his business partner, Hollywood movie director Jason Hehir, are now shopping the project around streaming giants including Netflix.
A source said: 'Glastonbury is possible the coolest gig on the planet but Victoria won't be doing it next year.

'She has carved herself a career as a fashion designer that she has put blood, sweat and tears into, so singing is something she has to carefully consider.
'She has sadly been hugely ridiculed when she has sung in the past.
'She is a different person now. She looks back fondly on her years in the Spice Girls – they were very special to her – so she hasn't ruled out a one of celebration, maybe, at some point.
'And Glastonbury are not at all keen on having the group without Posh, it just doesn't have the same pull.'
The mother of four was delighted earlier this year when her fashion and beauty range revenues were up 42 per cent to £58 million.
In 2019, the band embarked on a 13-date UK tour without Mrs Beckham, nicknamed Posh Spice during her time with the group.
At the time she told Vogue: 'It took me a lot of courage not to go on tour with the Spice Girls again, but to be the one who says: 'You know, I'm not doing it because things feel different now than they used to.'

She was sounded out once again recently about returning to the Spice Girls for what would have been the first concerts with the original full line-up since the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012.
A headline slot at next year's Glastonbury had been one of the possible dates discussed and promoters were hopeful that Victoria would agree to join Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton for a performance there.
Speculation also increased after this year's festival was dominated by male headlining acts such as the Arctic Monkeys and Elton John, leading to calls for a greater female presence next year.
