EXCLUSIVEEXCLUSIVE: Jamie Lynn quit I'm A Celebrity in the 'last window of opportunity' before her two young daughters would have to take arduous 14-hour flight to Australia
She sensationally quit I'm A Celebrity last night after 'seeming to turn a corner', according to the show's host Ant McPartlin - but there is speculation that the real reason Jamie Lynn departed is because she saw her last window of opportunity to leave.
Friends and family of the celebrities have been touching down in Brisbane Airport for the past week, but the Zoe101 actress conveniently quit before her two young daughters had to make the arduous 14-hour flight.
Wednesday night was the last chance for the mother-of-two to quit the show before it was too late and her daughters Maddie, 15, and five-year-old Ivey arrived in Brisbane to stay in Surfer's Paradise for two weeks.
ITV sources are acutely aware she quit the US version of SAS: Who Dares Wins, Special Forces: The World's Toughest Test after three weeks for similar reasons and take a dim view of her decision.
Jamie Lynn's shock exit from I'm A Celebrity on Wednesday echoed her departure from the US show earlier this year in which she admitted she felt like a 'c**p mum' before leaving to see her daughters.

Despite ITV insisting she exited for 'medical reasons', Jamie Lynn, 32, has had an emotional time in the camp and has frequently been filmed in tears over the conditions and missing her children.
On Wednesday, before she quit, the actress spoke to Sam Thompson and said: 'I hate it here, this is where people go to have the worst days of their lives. Dear God, please help me to make it.
'I think I've got to leave, I think I've got to leave.'
Celebrities reportedly receive their I'm A Celebrity pay packet only if they stay for more than 72 hours in the Jungle.
When Jamie Lynn threatened to quit last week she had not completed that quota.
The actress decided to stay but there were allegedly exit talks with ITV executives and her own management for days, who were able to support her for 11 days on the show - delaying her leaving.
Speaking about the departure, the show's hosts Ant and Dec said: 'She had such a turnaround we thought she had come out the worst of it and she's gone. It's such a shame. But, hey, that's showbiz!'
The show got its pound of flesh with Jamie Lynn as she gave the audiences what they wanted by opening up about her pop superstar sister Britney Spears.
While in camp, Jamie spoke about Britney's heartbreak at losing out on a Grammy to Christina Aguilera in 2000.
Jamie said: 'Christina won it and by the way, Christina is wonderfully talented but that year I mean c'mon Britney was it, Like yeah it's Britney b***h. Like always.

'She was really like I never want to go to the Grammy's and she was heartbroken about that because her whole life had been dedicated to winning that.'
Making her way around the camp, she also discussed her sister's infamous kiss with Madonna with First Dates star Fred Sirieix.
Fred asked: 'I was just thinking, remember when she kissed Madonna, how did it come about this?'
Jamie Lynn: 'They just did it. I was at home watching like "oh okay this will be fun tomorrow at school. Can't wait".
'I was a normal kid, sometimes I would see these things. I didn't care what my sister did, anything my sister did I thought was the best.'
Jamie Lynn's shock exit has thrown the I'm A Celebrity camp into chaos.
Insiders at the channel say they are 'struggling to keep up with the drama' following the American actress's exit for medical reasons.
One source describes the situation on the popular programme as a 'mess,' while they fear there could be more departures in the coming days as the atmosphere in the jungle becomes even more tense.
It is the first time in the show's 23-series history that two contestants have left on medical grounds, with insiders claiming staff on the programme 'aren't sleeping' due to the stress.
While questions will be raised over what has changed this year, one anonymous source insisted the producers carried out stringent psychiatric tests on the participants before they joined and blamed the problems on 'bad luck'.
