Robert Irwin and girlfriend Rorie Buckey look smitten as they jet out of Melbourne alongside mum Terri

Robert Irwin and Rorie Buckey are going from strength to strength.

The pair looked more in love than ever as they flew out of Melbourne Airport on Monday after attending the Australian Open.  

The 20-year-old conservationist couldn't take his eyes off his girlfriend as the pair waited in the terminal. 

Also in tow was Robert's mother Terri, who seemed in great spirits and happy to be spending time with the couple. 

Robert cut a casual figure in a striped white shirt and grey trousers while Rory opted for a baby blue polo shirt and slacks. 

It comes after the pair delighted fans while attending a tennis match at the Australian Open.

The young couple enjoyed their night out together as they watched the Women's Semi-Finals match between Coco Gauff and Aryna Sabalenka on Thursday. 

Robert and Rorie, 19, appeared captivated as they watched the tennis, with Robert's facial expressions tracing every moment in the tense match.

The couple recently returned to Australia after a winter holiday in America, in which the lovebirds skied in both the United States and Canada. 

Robert's appearance at the tennis comes after his deal with the 10 network after they signed him as the new co-host of I'm A Celebrity alongside Julia Morris.

He is set to bring some genuine Hollywood star power to the South African jungle as he makes his debut.

According to reports, A-listers are 'desperate' to appear on the show thanks to their friendship with the handsome Wildlife Warrior.

'The Irwins have more than a fair share of A-list celebrities in their circle including the Hemsworths and Melissa Joan Hart, who is the most rumoured contestant this year,' a production insider told Yahoo! Lifestyle on W. 

'There are some celebs we ask every year and maybe this year stars like Melissa or Jean-Claude Van Damme will finally say yes. It's our year to catch a few of those white whales.'

Back in October, Daily Mail Australia revealed that Robert is set to pocket almost half a million dollars for his month-and-a-half-long foray into the wilds of South Africa.
