Spice Girl Mel C signs autographs as she quietly slips into Adelaide Airport ahead of her Australian DJ tour

Mel C  slipped quietly into Australia on Tuesday as she embarks on her latest DJ tour. 

The former Spice Girl was spotted arriving at Adelaide Airport, where she stopped to sign autographs for waiting fans as she made her way through the terminal. 

The 50-year-old dressed casually in a black sweatshirt with a striped grey design and matching bottoms. 

She added a bright red manicure and had on a pair of designer sunglasses, while carrying a crossbody bag. 

Mel, real name Melanie Chisholm, had on a natural makeup look and wore her caramel locks down around her face.  

It come after Melanie revealed Mel B exaggerated when she teased that there would be a Spice Girls reunion.

The singer, also known as Sporty Spice - has poured cold water on hopes the band - also featuring Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Victoria Beckham - will get back together.

Scary Spice Mel B, 48, teased last year an announcement involving all five members was 'due imminently'.

But Mel C has now shut rumours down as she told The Sun: 'Mel, I adore her and she has this thing, and it can sometimes get us into hot water. Of course we're always talking, we'd love to do something else.

'I'd love to get back on stage with the girls but everybody wants to do something a little bit different or in a different way, so it's just trying to get everyone on the same page at the same time.

'But Melanie likes to manifest things and she thinks if she says it enough, it will happen. I can't confirm that there is anything happening soon but we're always talking about opportunities.'

Last May, Mel B said former bandmate Victoria would rejoin the Spice Girls for a mystery project.

She claimed there was an exciting announcement in the pipelines for the girl power group but kept tight lipped on the specifics.

She did however promise that 'all five girls' would unite professionally for the first time in 11 years.

The last time the Spice Girls reunited was for an iconic performance at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony.
