Kate Beckinsale put on a breathtaking display in a stunning gown as she attended the star-studded, King's Trust 2024 Global Gala in New York City on Thursday.
The Underworld actress, 50 - who recently shed light on her health woes while wearing a 'tummy troubles survivor' shirt - joined other celebrities at the glitzy event at Cipriani South Street, including Emily Ratajkowski and Irina Shayk.
The star wowed in a one-shoulder, white dress that was made of a layered, shimmering organza material the flowed down towards the ground on her left side.
A cutout could be seen on the right portion of the eye-catching outfit that offered a sultry flare to the look.
Beckinsale additionally flaunted her toned legs by slipping into a pair of open-toed, white six-inch platform heels that were secured with thin straps that wrapped around her ankles.
She accessorized the gown by adding a pair of dangly, sparkling earrings as well as a chunky ring on her right hand.
Her brunette locks were swept up into a chic up do, allowing loose wavy strands to border the sides of face. A black ribbon was tied into a bow on top of her head for a stylish touch.
Kate's makeup was glammed up for the evening, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush and contour was added to better accentuate her cheekbones, while a glossy, nude-colored tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
Beckinsale easily carried a small, glittering green clutch in her hand to hold a few items she needed during the festivities.
The Van Helsing star struck a variety of poses on the red carpet upon arriving to the venue to better showcase her flowy gown.
Her outing marks her first red carpet appearance since being hospitalized in March for an undisclosed illness.
At the time, Kate uploaded tearful selfies to her main Instagram page while also paying a tribute to her mother in celebration of Mother's day in the U.K.
She soon gave an update her fans as she uploaded additional photos of herself resting in a hospital bed with her pet cat which the star captioned as 'visitor.'
Kate - whose stepfather Roy Battersby passed away earlier this year in January - also uploaded another snap with her Pomeranian named Myf.
At the time of spending time in the hospital, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Beckinsale, 'hasn't been doing or feeling well.'
'She was supposed to go to the Vanity Fair Oscars party and had to cancel. She is doing her best to take care of herself, but it's not a great situation,' the insider continued.
Kate - who hasn't disclosed her mysterious health ailment - later hit back at a troll who claimed that her pup would die following the hospital visit.
A social media user had messaged the actress on Instagram and wrote, 'Her cat is dead so I guess this dog will do,' which was then followed by: 'Omg. I didn't mean to send that to you. ignore.'
Beckinsale was far from thrilled from the DM, and uploaded a screenshot with her own response.
'Both my dads are dead so I guess my mum will do, you could also say. If you really meant for me not to see this you could have deleted it. You chose not to.'
The Total Recall actress added, 'You wanted me to feel pain. I already do, in many ways. Don't feel you need to message me again. Please.'
Late in March, Kate gave another update to reveal to her fans and followers that she was still in the hospital over the Easter holiday two weeks after revealing she was suffering from health woes.
However, last month in April, the actress deleted all photos of her hospital stay on social media without an explanation.
Shortly after, Kate shed some light into her recent ailment by sharing a series of snaps while wearing a shirt that had 'tummy troubles survivor' printed on the front as she posed on a comfy bed with her dog.
Her last red carpet appearance took place in February when she attended the 2024 Netflix SAG Celebration at the Chateau Marmont in L.A.
Sher wowed in a stunning, strapless silver gown that had a drop-down waist and a small cutout on the left side.
Earlier last week, Beckinsale shared a since-deleted post which included a glowing selfie of the actress.
In the caption, she had written, 'Grateful for a sunny day. And yoga. And Bowie. And being reminded to breathe. And kindness. And play. And reconnection I never thought I'd have x.'
