Kylie Minogue, 56, shows off her toned legs and youthful good looks in draped white minidress as she covers Grazia and reveals unspoken poignancy of surprise performance with Madonna

Kylie Minogue has showed off her ageless beauty in a slew of fashion forward outfits as she covered Grazia magazine.

The singer, 56, looked incredible as she posed up a storm in a idyllic leafy garden in a voluminous and draped white dress, showcasing her toned legs.

She then slipped into a blue halterneck number, that hugged her slender figure and emphasised her svelte waist.

Other striking shots showed Kylie looking more relaxed as she was snapped laughing while lounging in a deckchair, clad in just a dressing gown.

And another showed the Aussie pop star cutting an effortlessly stunning figure in simple jeans and a plain T-shirt while sat in an armchair, wearing minimal makeup to show off her natural beauty.

In the accompanying interview, Kylie spoke about performing alongside her fellow pop icon, Madonna, back in March to mark International Women's Day.

She made a surprise guest appearance during the Queen of Pop's Celebration tour in Los Angeles to duet together. 

Bringing Kylie on stage to cheers from the crowd, Madonna, 65, said: 'Now, this is what we call survival. It's a privilege for me to be up here singing with you, God bless you, never give up.' 

The pair sung an acoustic version of Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive, as well as Kylie's hit track Can't Get You Out of My Head.

Speaking about the legendary moment, Kylie told Grazia the joint performance was especially poignant because the two singers shared an 'unspoken bond' and had 'both survived the ups and downs of being a woman' in the music industry.

The I Should Be So Lucky hitmaker said: 'Singing with her felt weirdly natural. There's an unspoken bond between artists that I hold very dear. I respect how she has forged her own path and continues to do things her way.'

She admitted that as a teenager she had 'the cut-off lace gloves and sang along to her songs in my bedroom, being my best Madonna. Then later, in the early '90s, I'd stay up till midnight to see the first play of her new video.'

Kylie added: 'She wanted us to cover I Will Survive for various reasons… she lost her mother to breast cancer and she knows of my history with it; and we have both survived the ups and downs of being a woman in the industry.

'There was much that didn't need to be said or explained to the audience, but it was understood.'

Elsewhere, she also spoke about how glad she is that ideas of what a woman in her fifties 'should' look like and that they are no longer invisible after reaching a certain age.

She added: 'But I hope I won't always be talking about [age] and there is a moment where we can just be – knowing that there's support around and we are never alone – because it is wonderfully freeing and liberating not to be boxed in by boundaries of 'you can do this' and 'you can't do that'.

'I feel like this ship can sail a bit easier and function better without all that drag on it.'

Kylie continued: 'The conversations about menopause, friendship, motherhood, not-motherhood are great and it does make me feel a little sad for generations past where there was less understanding about what a woman goes through.

'Being a person and a woman is complex, so I think we take the win where we can and move with the times, but I think if we get obsessed with putting an age on everything, it's just taking it from another angle rather than moving past it.'

It comes days after it was reported that Kyle has signed a seven-figure deal with Netflix for a fly-on-the-wall documentary. 

The Padam Padam chart-topper has reportedly been locked in a bidding war with streaming giants for months. 

However, Netflix bosses have beat rivals Apple+ and Disney to the punch, as they reportedly now have the rights to Kylie's story and filming is expected to start later this year, according to reports. 

A source told The Mirror: 'There was a serious bidding war over this. Kylie's had an incredible life, from starring in Neighbours to becoming a pop icon and still dominating the charts decades later.'

'She has a massive fan-base so there's no question it will attract a huge audience. That's why the offers went so high – everyone's very excited.'
