Before welcoming her second child, Jules admitted she was worried her battle with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) would return after giving birth.

The entrepreneur first spoke about her experience with PMDD in October, after suffering from the condition before welcoming her first child Oliver three years ago.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, Jules revealed her PMDD symptoms completely vanished after she fell pregnant earlier this year, but she still fears it may return after she gives birth.

PMDD is an intense, occasionally debilitating, form of premenstrual syndrome characterised by extreme mood swings that can significantly disrupt women's daily life and strain relationships.

'It's been the silver lining and the blessing of pregnancy that I don't have PMDD anymore,' said the reality star, who recently released her debut book Ask Jules.

Jules admitted that she is concerned her PMDD will return once she gives birth, but still remains optimistic this time around.

'It is a little time ticking bomb that's going off. How am I going to feel? But I just go into it knowing that I've got so much more education behind me,' she said.

Earlier in June, Jules was treated to a wild baby shower by her friends as a surprise before welcoming her second child.

The party was quite the luxury affair, but they also included some racy games in the fun-filled festivities.

Jules took to Instagram to share pictures and videos from the shows, with one clip showing her blindfolding as she she sniffed a nappy containing a brown substance.

The hilarious game saw her have to identify what the mystery substance - which turned out to be chocolate - was.

Jules also played a game called 'Labour or loving' where guests had to guess if photos of women's faces showed them engaged in a porn scene or childbirth.

After the giggling group completed their challenges, Jules was presented with a gorgeous green iced cake.

The room was decorated with flowers, white, green and cream balloons, and candles, as well as a 'baby' sign made of blocks.

Just weeks ahead of her due date, Jules spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her pregnancy and candidly revealed she is already planning for baby number three.

'We want to have another baby,' Jules enthused, adding: 'Who knows? If think if there's a will, there's a way.

'Whatever that will be like, we will make it happen. I said that before a couple of years ago [before getting pregnant the second time].'

The flame-haired influencer also shared the unique method she used to fall pregnant at age 41 after three years of trying.

Jules and Cameron were considering IVF before she managed to conceive naturally - a feat she largely credits to Ayurvedic medicine.

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian wellbeing practice that claims to help patients achieve balance through food, herbs, meditation, yoga and detoxing.

'I discovered Ayurvedic medicine about two years ago, and when I sat down with the specialist, it just became very clear that there was no way that my body was going to make a baby,' Jules explained.

Jules said she 'never lost faith' after years of trying for a baby, and had learned the importance of slowing down and focusing on her own needs during the process.

'When you're an entrepreneur and you're busy, you're doing a million things, and you're a mum, it's very easy to not put yourself first,' she explained.
