Jadé Tuncdoruk and her husband Lachie Brycki have revealed they didn't consummate their marriage on their wedding night.

The influencer, 26, and Lachie, 31, explained on their Mad About You podcast they didn't have sex after their reception because they were too tired.

'I don't think I slept the night before and then we had this whirlwind of a night. It was amazing and beautiful and I think we got back into our room at 11.30,' Lachie explained.

'Then you want to shower, and debrief and chat and then you realise you've been up for 36 hours.'

He admitted: 'You will hear it here first, Jade and I did not consummate our marriage on our wedding night.'

Discussing the admission on their Outspoken podcast, journalists Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber claimed this was common for most couples.

'I don't think this is weird, I think this is the reality for most people on their wedding night,' one sister said.

Another agreed, adding: 'I think couples don't hold as much value on it anymore because in the past, your wedding night was the first time you were going to have sex with your partner.'

The lovebirds documented the start of their pregnancy in a video shared to Instagram.

'Baby Brycki, our hearts are forever yours. Due in June,' they wrote alongside the footage which began with the influencer taking a pregnancy test.

She appeared shocked as she stared down at the test in her hands, with the clip quickly jumping to an image of an adorable grey baby onesie.
