Sophie Guidolin has stunned fans after an Instagram account shared a number of throwback images of the controversial influencer.
In the before and after photos, posted by before.after_influencers, the 34-year-old looked markedly different than her old days.
Her lips and cheeks appeared fuller, and her face more sculpted than it had been previously.
'I'd say there's a huge difference in her face structure now - look at the placement on her brows and cheeks as well as the size of her lips,' wrote the account.
'A lot of influencers are quite transparent about the work they've had done so maybe she'll open up about it in the future'.
Another comment read: 'Whoever here says this girl is natural needs to go to Specsavers'.
One more chimed in: 'Don't worry about the copious amount of work done' while someone else said, 'Way too plastic!!
Others were quick to defend her, with one fan writing: 'I'm pretty Sophie has always maintained that she's never had filler or Botox either! Such a natural beauty'.

Sophie recently addressed concern from her fans over a lump on a breast they have noticed in her photos.
She explained her breast implant 'ruptured' and the fluid has been leaking throughout her 'entire body'.
It appears she recently went to hospital to undergo explant surgery.
She then showed the implant which burst in her body, as well as all the liquid which seeped into her body.
'This is how much has ruptured and seeped through my entire body,' she said, as she lifted the implant out of a container with a pair of tongs.
Thick gel, which appeared to be a saline filling, dripped from a hole in the implant at an alarming speed, filling the bucket she held beneath it.

Fans expressed their fears for Sophie's health back in February when they noticed a worrisome lump on her chest.
The fitness guru shared photos to Instagram to show off the fun activities she got up to, but fans were more interested in the alarming looking lump on her breast.
In most of the images, only a small scar was noticeable, but others showed a concerning lump near the center of her chest.
'Hi Sophie, not sure if it's the angle of the photo but it looks like there is a lump on your chest at the left,' one fan wrote in her comments.
Another added: 'I was coming here to say the same. Love the sisterhood looking out for each other. Wishing you good health, Sophie.'
Sophie was quick to respond to her concerned fans, writing: 'Yeah, again, I have mentioned I have been having some health issues the last few months or so.
'I will (hopefully) share when it's a scar not a wound.'

It's not the first time the fitness guru has had to address her 'painful' looking breast, after fans first noticed a scar back in November last year.
She addressed her personal health matter publicly in response to several private fan messages which concerned the visible mark.
'Is your breast OK gorgeous?' began one concerned DM. 'Looks painful.'
While Sophie didn't give any details on the specific issue, she did reveal she has been dealing with medical issues she prefers to keep away from the limelight.
'As always guys, a reminder once again you never know what another person is going through, be kind always,' she wrote in her Instagram Stories.
Sophie emphasised the significance of maintaining privacy and choosing to 'share the scar, not the wound,' highlighting a lesson she has learned about the power of privacy and selective sharing.
'I have chosen to keep my medical issues off the gram, I hope you understand.'
