Aussie woman reveals her wild list of dating requirements as she insists her suitor needs to be 'well above average down below'

An Australian social media star has revealed her extensive list of 'non-negotiable' dating requirements.

Alicia Davis, 32, a prison guard-turned-model. took to social media last week to announce what she was looking for in a partner.

The adult content creator, who has over 11,000 followers on TikTok and 51,000 followers on Instagram, said if a man can't meet all of her list she gets the 'ick' and she will end the relationship.

Davis' list covers everything from a man owning his own car to having a high level of physical fitness and being 'well above average' - specifically six to nine 'down below'.

She also demands her partner 'must be willing to film all types of content with me. Unpaid work and non-negotiable.'

Her potential co-star must also not be anonymous when they appear with her in her videos.

'This is my non-negotiable list, and if anyone wants to date me and they can't check all of these boxes, then bye,' she said in the video.

The content creator claimed she crafted the list to remind herself what he wants in a relationship, and warned potential suitors to 'stay away' if they didn't meet all the requirements.
