Charlize Theron showcases her incredible figure in a skimpy bralette top and shimmering skirt as she attends her star-studded 2024 Africa Outreach Project Block Party in LA

Charlize Theron made a statement as she attended the 2024 Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project Block Party in Universal City on Saturday.

The Old Guard actress, 48 - who recently turned heads in a chic ensemble at the Social Impact Summit - joined other celebrities at the event held at the Universal Studios backlot, such as country singer Lainey Wilson.

The CTAOP - which was founded by the star in 2007 - 'invests in and advances the health and safety of young people in Southern Africa to create a more equitable future for all,' per the official website.

Theron flaunted her figure in a skimpy, black bralette top as well as a high-waisted, shimmering black skirt that fell down towards her ankles.

She layered the outfit with a black blazer which was left unfastened at the front to better show off the look underneath.

She slipped into a pair of closed-toed, black Dior pumps to coincide with the monochromatic color scheme of the look. 

Charlize's blonde locks were parted to the side, and pulled back away from her face, while loose strands bordered the right side of her face. 

The beauty opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a pair of dainty earrings as well as a few rings on each of her hands. 

Her makeup was classically done, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes. 

A pink blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a glossy rosy pink tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. 

Theron flashed a cheerful smile as she posed for photos and flaunted her stylish look upon arriving to the event. 

Earlier this year in March, the actress opened up about the nonprofit during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. 

While reflecting on 'meaningful or inspiring moments' with CTAOP, she said, 'This is the great thing. It's constantly there. It's sometimes just in one person, but that's the thing that kind of keeps you going.'

'Change is slow, and you have to understand the ripple effect of changing one person's life,' she continued. 'But I would say we just recently launched a higher education youth scholarship, and we are having our first graduates.'

'And I think that is just really incredible to remember a lot of these students when they were 14, 15, and now they’re graduates...'

Charlize added, 'And they're going back into their communities, and they're bringing all of that education, that knowledge, to serve their communities.'

The Monster actress later said, 'That's what's so inspiring, because they have been through tremendous turmoil and loss and definitely have not had the easiest lives, and yet they're so incredibly optimistic.' 

And earlier this month, she talked to The Hollywood Reporter about her role with CTAOP and explained, 'The word charity just really bothers me so much because truly what it should be called is solidarity. We are working in solidarity.' 

'We know what our role is at CTAOP, and I know the role that I play as someone who has a bit of a platform over here.'

She added, 'As a unified head, we try to work in solidarity on long-term partnerships through grant-making and storytelling...'  

Lainey Wilson was radiant wearing a sleeveless, red cropped top as well as a pair of matching, high-waisted trousers that were secured with a brown, leather belt. 

She added a cream-colored, cowgirl hat on top of her locks that effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves. 

The Heart Like A Truck songstress accessorized the ensemble with a pair of silver earrings, as well as a chunky bracelet and flashy rings on each of her hands.

Wilson's makeup was glammed up, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes, as well as a black eyeliner and shimmering shadow.

While pausing for a quick photo session during the festivities, Lainey crossed paths with Charlize. 

At one point, Wilson and Theron shared a friendly embrace when the pair spotted each other at the event. 

The two stars were seen mingling on the red carpet and also held a lighthearted conversation as they caught up. 

Sasha Pieterse wowed in a sheer, pink dress that contained ruffled details and layered fabric towards the hem. 

The Pretty Little Liars alum added a flashy gold bracelet on her right wrist as well as dainty earrings and rings on each of her hands.  

Her long brunette locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly cascaded down past her shoulders in elegant waves. 

A light pink blush was added to her cheekbones, while a nude-colored, satin tint was worn on her lips to complete the look for the evening. 

Tanner Adell showed off her toned figure wearing a pastel yellow, plaid miniskirt as well as a matching bralette top. 

The singer slipped into a pair of white boots and also added glittering, opera-length pink gloves. 

Her hair was parted to the side, and flowed down past her shoulders in voluminous curls. Adell added bold lashes as well as a smoky, purple shadow around her eyes to further glam up the look. 

Twisters stars Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell were also spotted at the event and mingled with the celebrities in attendance. 

The Normal People actress flashed her toned midriff in a long-sleeved, brown cropped top as well as a matching, maxi skirt that clung to her frame. 

Her brunette hair was parted in the middle, and fell down straight past her shoulders, allowing her bangs to gently fall onto her forehead.

The duo - who both took on leading roles in the upcoming action thriller, Twisters - posed for an assortment of snaps on an outdoor set promoting the movie. 

Twisters is slated to hit theaters later this month on July 19 in the United States - and is a standalone sequel to the hit 1996 film, Twister. 

At one point, the pair were also spotted holding an adorable pup in their arms during the photo session. 

Daisy and Glen held cheerful smiles as the cute dog joined in on the fun at the event held at the Universal Studios backlot. 

Sasha Lane put on a stylish display in an all-black ensemble that comprised of a pair of black shorts, as well as a black shirt and a fitted, black blazer. 

The Crowded Room actress also wore a pair of black socks and sleek, black boots that were secured with laces. 

The star chose to wear a pair of mini earrings as well as a silver-chained necklace that was mostly hidden beneath the plain shirt.  

Amanda Righetti was classy in a white dress that contained a yellow trim, and was held up with thin straps that wrapped around her shoulders. 

She donned a pair of open-toed pumps and carried a brown and yellow-colored clutch bag in her left hand. 

Her long locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly cascaded down past her shoulders in elegant curls. 

Sara Blackmer was dressed for the occasion in a black, off-the-shoulder jumpsuit as well as a pair of open-toed, tan heels. 

She carried a pastel orange, Dior purse in her hand to hold a few items she needed during the festivities on Saturday. 

Her blonde hair was swept up into a chic up do, easily revealing a pair of long, dangly earrings. 

Dexter Darden made a statement wearing a pair of black pants as well as matching jacket and a white shirt that was partially unfastened at the front. 

The Maze Runner star slipped into a pair of black shoes and also sported a black cowboy hat as well as stylish shades to complete his outfit for the evening. 

Later in the evening, Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones paused for a group photo with Theron as well as Lee Isaac Chung and Patrick Crowley. 

Powell and Edgar-Jones were also spotted standing next to each other as they listened to a speaker on the stage.
