The America's Got Talent judge, 51 — who recently went topless during a family vacation — showed off her ageless beauty in a sizzling sheer black bra.
She paired the lacy look with a pair of Gucci sunglasses while frolicking around her pool.
Her wavy golden locks were let loose as they cascaded over her shoulders.
The German model soaked up the sun while playing with her adorable German Shorthaired Pointer pups.

Even at 51, the model takes her fitness and diet regime seriously to maintain her fit figure.
During an interview with Body and Soul she said, 'I try to eat super healthy. We eat at like 6 to 6:30pm, [and having] home-cooked food, knowing what you're eating. is super important.
'I love healthy food; I don't really eat much junk. I like to be fit and I like to feel fit. I know that when I gained a little bit [of weight]... I felt sluggish. I was like, 'No, I have to get back into shape,'' she added.
And to the Victoria's Secret vet, it comes naturally. She explained that she is able to balance her eating well.
'It's not that hard for me – I just don't eat so many potato chips, french fries or burgers. I like to eat... but I like to eat healthy,' she added.
The blonde beauty also told the outlet that she has noticed major changes in the modeling industry since her start in the early 90s:
'When I started in 1992, people said, 'Oh no, you're way too curvy.' I wasn't thin enough for anyone. When I tell people that now, they're like, 'What?' she explained.
'I'm like, 'Yes!' People looked at me like I was an alien. And I was way too excited to be there – that was another negative about me when I started. Now we see all women and men represented, and I love that,' she added.

She gushed over the growing diversity in modelling: 'I also love that, sometimes, you don't know... Is this a woman or is this a man?
'There are so many different people out there and they should all be able to see themselves in the campaigns and on the runways. And it still will change, we still are learning,' she expressed.
'Everyone is being seen, heard, loved, cared for... everything has come more to reality,' she finished.
