'I'm a thirsty gal,' Shalisha captioned the post.

In May, Shalisha shared that she was two years cancer free in an emotional Instagram post about the lessons she has learn this year.

She wrote: 'So today marks two years of me being cancer free. The list of my achievements over this past year are great in number but they are equally matched to the list of heartbreaks. Having had cancer has made me a different person in the best ways and possibly the worst. And discovering what I want from this life has been a real journey, its been wonderful actually.

'There are two things I have discovered this year, two things that truly make me feel alive and have convinced me that my life is worth living- is worth sticking around for -is worth those painful moments.

'The first is love. Oh how lucky I am to be loved. To be loved by my husband, my mother and my siblings. To be loved by my girlfriends and my besties.

'Im finding it difficult to describe how it makes me feel to be loved by the most incredible humans. But to be able to love them back, to show them how much better my life is with them in it- that is a true honour and I'm glad I'm alive to be in love.

'The second feeling that makes me feel alive is being on stage. Telling stories (not the black mirror episode that is my life) but others peoples stories. There is nothing that I do that is more vulnerable, exciting, gut wrenching, expressive or creative. I feel most alive when I am on stage. Facts.

'I know I am very lucky to be able to do what I was born to do for a living, but I have worked friggin hard to be able to so I am very proud and I hope I can do this for as long as I am here.

'A message to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, identity, fertility or chronic illness. The world is a better place with you in it and although it can often feel not worth it, searching and recognising those 'glimmers' those moments of happiness and joy can help us recalibrate.

'Find what makes you feel most alive and try to do more of that. You are loved, and that is a wonderful feeling.

'Thanks for taking the time to read. Send your girl some love…you know I'm off to get lit. Here's to another year of being a boss drama queen. Big love xx'
