Drew Barrymore gave a rare, inside look at her bedroom in a new Instagram reel shared on Thursday as she packed for her upcoming trip to Australia.

The Charlie's Angels actress, 49 - who recently revealed her secret battle with 'self-doubt' - filmed a selfie video as she showed items she planned to bring with her on the getaway.

The star is whisking herself away to Sydney to take part in wellness brand Wanderlust's True North event for two nights beginning on August 2.

'I am trying to get ready,' Drew added as she strolled out of the bathroom and into her spacious bedroom.

The star made her way to her unmade bed and a bench in front that was topped with small suitcases as well as unfolded pieces of clothing.

She then reached for a plastic bag and continued, 'I've got my books and camera and film and the beautiful suitcase that we're working on that's so lovely...'

The Drew Barrymore Show host showed a small, dark red suitcase that was still empty before walking back towards the en suite bathroom.

As she did so, fans were able to see a larger view of her entire bedroom, which had a number of paintings hung on the wall, as well as large windows that offered natural light to stream inside.

The ceiling also appeared to be covered with a patterned wallpaper, while colorful rugs partially covered the wooden floor.

On the opposite side of the room across from the bed were two chairs as well as a desk in the corner underneath one of the windows.

An additional smaller table was seen underneath the paintings and surrounded by comfy, yellow floral chairs on either side, with a dog bed directly in front.

'Australia, here we come,' the actress said towards the end of the video. 'I hope to see you there.'

'I hope to talk about wellness in a very real way, I mean,' she stated, humorously gesturing towards herself, 'Clearly.'

Barrymore ended the clip while standing in an area connecting the bathroom and main bedroom which appeared to be a closet, with some clothes hanging behind her.

In the caption, Drew typed out, 'Australia, here I come! I'll see you soon for two incredible evenings at @wanderlustausnz! I can't wait to talk with all of you about wellness in a very real way!'

Last year in February, the Ever After actress gave her fans a previous glimpse of her messy bedroom 'before' and 'after' she cleaned it.

At the time, she showed off the cluttered space such as various boxes and items strewn along the floor, as well as piles of papers, books, and possibly scripts stacked beside the bed.

The video then cut towards a later point in time after the star tidied up the bedroom and bathroom, flashing a proud look on her face over her big accomplishment.

The star is set to stop by the ICC Sydney Theatre on August 2, and will then travel to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on August 3.

Barrymore 'will bring her extraordinary life to the stage, then switch to the chair to interview an all-Australian celebrity line-up,' per the official website, with other guests including G Flip joining the festivities.

'I used to be the most unsafe place I ever knew, that's why I was always outward or I would drink or I would do many things to escape this cage,' Barrymore expressed to the outlet.

'I don't know, I am going to be 50 and I have to build a house in here that is pleasant to be in because the outside world is not within my control...'

Drew added, 'I want to be able to turn inside myself and know I can find some quiet, which is a shocking turn of events.'

The E.T. star also explained that she felt people sometimes view themselves with, 'negative self talk, that is critical and unaccepting.'
