'Embracing my authentic self and showing confidence in who I am connects me deeply to my true essence.

'In a world where skin is perfect, I choose to be real, because authenticity is where true beauty shines. Unfiltered, Confident, Real.'

It comes after last month Saira urged women to wear what they want and 'f*** society' as she shared an album of stunning bikini snaps to Instagram.

She looked incredible as she proudly showcased her curves in a floral two piece while soaking up the sun in Bali.

As she shared snaps of herself posing confidently in her luxury villa, she revealed that she 'does not need male validation' and will 'never hate her body again'.

She showed off her fresh-faced beauty as she flashed a smile and penned an empowering, body-confident caption alongside the post.

Saira penned: 'In 5 years time when I look back at these photos I will be 59yrars old (sic). I will remind myself that in these photos I was happy, relaxed, healing from a slipped disc and totally at ease with my body.

'I will not look back and think ' why wasn't I happy in myself and my body? There's nothing f*****g wrong with the way I look.' I've done that so many times in my life - looked at my old photos and thought ' why weren't you confident in your body….you look f*****g great.'

'I'm done with that self destructing and self limiting b******t! F*****g society and its 'abnormal standards for women!' But it's time to stop blaming society and start taking responsibility for your own mental health and self care.

'God, when you realise how many years and time you've spent feeling insecure in your body because you've been trying to fit 'what society' thinks is beautiful - you want to kick yourself!

'Never, ever, ever will I hate my body, never ever will I try and have a flat stomach and never ever will I be ungrateful for what my body has helped me get over.

'This is a post for female empowerment. Not a photo dump for men to tell me "how fit" I look - I do not need male validation - especially from men I do not know- so kindly spare the "sleazy, creepy, weird," messages!

He continued: 'Ladies I'm posing in a bikini to show you that at 54 I have marks, folds, imperfect skin and am not tall, slim or have a bikini body - things are saggy - that's ok !

'Wear what you want - but do not wear. Shame, hate or self loathing - that will not suit you at all!'

Inspired by the TV personality's motivating words, her friends and fans flocked to her comment box to share their adoration for her candid photos and real words.

Ruth Langsford penned: 'Yes Saira!'

Saira has been passionate about being a positive advocate for women of all ages and recently gave up her time with Loose Women

She has claimed that her sudden exit from Loose Women came down to ITV bosses trying to make her join OnlyFans.

However, a spokesperson for Loose Women told MailOnline at the time: 'We strongly refute all of these claims. Duty of care is of paramount importance for all of our panelists. Saira left the Loose Women panel almost two years ago and we wish her well.'

She also told The Mirror at the time: 'The straw that broke the camel's back was when one of the young producers was sent running after me to ask whether I would be prepared to open an OnlyFans account.'

Saira explained: 'To say I was shocked was an understatement. I could see she herself was mortified to ask me. I replied, 'You're asking an Asian woman who has a husband and kids and comes from a Muslim family to open an OnlyFans account?

'It's just on your social media you've been posting images in your underwear and we thought if you could go undercover to see the kind of response you get from men, it would make a great story.

'There and then, I knew my time was up on the show. I felt humiliated, angry, disappointed and like fodder.'

A source close to the ITV show has told MailOnline that OnlyFans and online safety could 'always potentially be the subject of an investigation,' explaining: 'Loose Women Investigates is a strand which has seen reports into a range of different topics of relevance to viewers including missing persons and online safety.'

'Online sites such as Only Fans and their safety have been discussed on the show many times and could always potentially be the subject of an investigation.'
