Pip Edwards has taken time out from her fast paced life as a fashion guru to treat herself to a luxury spa worth hundreds of dollars.

The 44-year-old designer took to her social media on Wednesday to share video and pictures of her 'blissful' experience which included a four-handed body treatment.

In the short clip posted to her stories, the P.E Nation founder can be seen being pampered by two masseuse at once.

Pip told fans she had been receiving 'treatment' at the Venustus Beauty and Body Lab in Paddington, Sydney for eight years.

She also shared an image in which the entrepreneur can seen receiving a face massage.

The social media star gushed over the experience, telling followers: 'Blissful peace in the hands of my favourite women healers.'

Meanwhile, a four handed 90-minute massage performed by two therapists, who work on the client in synchronised moves costs $1059.

Pip included a photo of herself lying face down as two therapists worked on her back and added a caption.

'This treatment is a regular one I do using rocks to warm and relax the muscles,' she said.

'Four hands is definitely the only way to really transcend to that realm of complete disconnection.'

In May the high-flying fashionista shared how she splashed out an estimated $1,500 on a luxury 'six hand' massage.

This involved three masseuses and a full body massage.

The luxury day spa prices its the six-handed expert treatment at $1,059 for a 60-minute session, $1,333 for 70 minutes or a huge $1,587 for a 90-minute pamper experience.

In the post Pip described the relaxing pamper session as 'magic' and 'life-changing' in a series of captions alongside snaps of herself getting massaged.

She penned: 'The magic six hand massage that lengthens, nourishes and moves stagnant energy is actually life-changing.

'To nourish your soul, pamper your body and let your mind switch off is a priceless experience.'

'No words can describe the feeling of pure relaxation and surrender, the healing hands of the women at Venustus is a gift from out of this world,' she went on.

'It's rare to make time to physically and mentally go offline but this self love experience and downtime is imperative to recharge and fuel your being in order to be your best self.'

In a post earlier this month Pip revealed that every time she returns from an overseas trips she books into the elite spa for a luxurious lymphatic massage.

She shared snaps of herself lying down naked and wearing headphones as she relaxed during the 75-minute long bodywork massage, which costs $444.

The luxury spa also offers a much more extravagantly-priced lymphatic massage option which costs a staggering $970 and lasts nearly three hours.

The socialite often invests in her self-care and frequently promotes Venustus spa on her Instagram, sharing an insight into her long list of treatments.

Pip is now P.E Nation's sole creative director after co-founder Claire Greaves' shock exit, and has proved to be her own best advert for the brand amid the big changes.

She has notably shed P.E Nation's famous bright colours and clashing prints in favour of outfits with much more muted tones in a huge creative overhaul.

Claire's exit from the company marked the end of one of Australian fashion's most enduring relationships.

The co-founder will 'pursue other creative endeavours', while Pip wiped all traces of Claire - who she worked with for 10 years - from P.E Nation's social media.
