Pregnant Iskra Lawrence admits she is concerned about the strain her second child might have on her her relationship after admitting she 'already feels distant' from boyfriend Phillip Payne.
The English model, 33, and her music producer boyfriend, parents to son Alpha, four, are expecting their baby girl on September 18.
And taking to Instagram on Sunday, Iskra shared the 'feelings I don't want to admit' and bared all to her 5million followers, admitting she was concerned about the birth and its long term implications on her relationship with Payne.
She began: 'Pregnancy can feel lonely. Even with your partner right there, you are going through so many changes it can feel isolating.'
'I'm nervous that I already feel distant from the man I love and knowing when our second baby arrives I'll have even less time scares me.'

On Instagram, Iskra shared the 'feelings I don't want to admit' and bared all to her 5M followers
'I'm feeling anxious about how I'll be able to give my second baby as much love and attention that I gave my first?'
'Passing up opportunities is tough for me I feel like I'm letting my team down and risking my career wanting to take time off postpartum and I worry about the financial impact.'
'We have gotten so used to a full night's sleep with our 4 year old I don't feel ready or know how I'll cope with a newborn up all night.'
'I feel overwhelmed keeping the house clean and tidy with one kid, how will I keep on top of it with two kiddos.'
'As this will probably be my last baby, I selfishly want all the cuddles and to not just be passed back my baby from family when she needs feeding.'
Iskra's final slide read: 'I overthink everything and feel like I've forgotten what to do and question all the time if this age gap is too big? Will they get along and be close? How is this huge shift going to impact my son?'
The former competitive swimmer wrote in her post's caption: 'Time to get real… did / do any of you have these feelings? Any advice is always appreciated grateful to have this safe space to share what’s on my heart.'
Hundreds of Iskra's followers flooded her comments with reassurances that they related to her fears and that she would overcome them.

She wore the same gorgeous halter neck gold dress throughout the carousel and carried a whites Yves Saint Laurent purse and wrote she is worried about distancing herself from Philip
Iskra looked down lovingly at her belly as she pondered how she will be able to love her second child as she loved her first
Moving away from her professional life, Iskra made the very real observation about how pregnancy affects women at work
She shared concerns about how difficult it will be cleaning up after two children

In June, Iskra turned heads displaying her bare baby bump in tiny shorts and a bikini at The CUPSHE Pool House on Wednesday in Beverly Hills.
Earlier in the month, Iskra proudly displayed her baby bump as she walked the Cupshe fashion show at Paraiso Miami Swim Week.
Wolverhampton-born Iskra will be giving away $20,000 to two of her followers to support them on their fertility journey - after giving away $10,000 during her first pregnancy.
Iskra confirmed her relationship with Philip around May 2019, but they first met at a Grammys party the year before, becoming a couple that October.
