Chrishell Stause has dropped a big hint to fans about her upcoming role in Neighbours.

The 43-year-old Selling Sunset star, who recently tied the knot to Australian musician G Flip for a second time, took to Instagram on Thursday to tease her character's identity.

And after Chrishell's post many fans may expect the real life real estate agent to play a fictional version of herself in the long-running soap.

In her share, Chrishell can be seen holding a Ramsay Street sign in front a classic red brick suburban Aussie house.

'This street has some great real estate on it,' Chrishell captioned the post.

The American-born beauty and soap opera actress has already spilled that the character she will be playing on Neighbours will not be a 'local'.

She re-assured fans during an appearance on Channel 10's The Project on Tuesday.

'I can't do an Australian accent. You're all safe. I'm playing an American,' Chrishell explained.

Elsewhere in the interview, she badly mispronounced Erinsborough, the fictional suburb where the soap is set.

The star called it 'Erins-borrow' instead of 'Erins-burra' which Aussies are more likely to say.

The reality star did much better on Melbourne, the city in Victoria where the show is filmed.

Chrishell, who once starred in long running U.S. TV soaps The Young and the Restless and Days of Our Lives, is currently Down Under to film her role on Neighbours.

'I am honoured and excited to join such a beloved and iconic show,' she revealed in a recent statement.

'Coming from the world of soaps in the US, it's back to my first love in the entertainment industry.

'They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen. Ramsay Street here I come!'

The show said in a post on its Instagram account in May: 'Chrishell Stause is coming to Ramsay Street' as she's playing a new character named Yasmine Shields.

Yasmine is described by the show as 'a glamorous and successful businesswoman in pursuit of an exciting new opportunity.'

Stause and G Flip married for a second time in July, tying the knot in a Western-themed ceremony in Australia one year after eloping in Las Vegas.

The pair had an absolute ball as they exchanged vows in front of their Aussie family members at the Moon Dog Wild West bar in Footscray, Melbourne.

Chrishell later shared a video to Instagram of their vow renewal which also doubled as her birthday party.

'Bday/Aussie Wedding/vow renewal with the whole Aussie fam,' she captioned the post.

She also shared a selfie alongside the pop singer and wrote: 'Best. Day. Ever.'
