The Channel Nine NRL presenter, 32, has now taken full ownership of the home, following the couple's dramatic split last year three weeks before they were set to wed.

Marking almost a year after their breakup, Danika has refinanced the four-bedroom townhouse in her name, reported The Daily Telegraph on Thursday. 

Following their split, Danika lived in the tri-level contemporary home with their Labrador Charlie, while personal trainer Todd moved back in with his parents. 

After purchasing the property together for $1,525,000 in 2021, Danika was able to secure the property transfer for no extra cost.  

The stunning townhouse boasts a state-of-the-art open plan living and kitchen which rolls out onto a large entertainment deck Danika often enjoys. 

It comes just days after Danika and her new beau NRL star Liam Knight put on a very romantic display in a series of photos shared to social media.

Danika and Liam, 29, who went Instagram official last month, looked every inch the loved-up couple in a gallery of snaps Liam posted online.
