Love Island Australia's Phoebe Spiller breaks down in tears as she makes heartbreaking plea for help after her shock split from Mitch Eliot

Phoebe Spiller has shared a heartbreaking plea for help just days after announcing her split from her boyfriend Mitch Eliot.

The Love Island Australia star, 26, broke her on-camera silence as she took to TikTok on Thursday to share a tearful update addressing her heartbreak.

The couple announced their break-up in statements shared to their respective Instagrams on Monday, and Phoebe has now given more details on the aftermath of the split.

Phoebe explained that she filmed the tearful video eight days after the break-up, but shared it to TikTok this week after the couple finally went public with the news.

Breaking down in tears, Phoebe called on her 118,000 followers for help as she admitted she was feeling isolated and couldn't stop crying following her heartbreak.

'Hi guys, if you're seeing this then that means me and Mitch have already announced our break up to the world, which is terrifying,' Phoebe said to camera in-between tears.

'We haven't done it yet and I feel like I've really been trying to push it out because I feel like it makes it more real.

'I mean, it's only being eight days. All I do is cry. It's awful,' she continued as she choked back sobs.

'This is the worst feeling ever, and I really hope that you guys can help me out. I mean, I love you all so much....Whenever I post this, if I ever do, please help me.'

Phoebe went on to admit that she has been using TikTok to look for break-up advice to navigate her heartbreak because she doesn't know what to do.

'I just feel like I can't breathe, I feel so alone,' she continued. 'And I never thought I'd be that girl sitting here crying talking to myself, or to my TikTok, who the f**k am I?

'Maybe it'll make me feel better.  It's been eight days and it's been the worst eight days of my life.'

In the caption, Phoebe added that she 'wasn't sure' if she would ever post the vulnerable clip, but  decided to share it because it's 'sometimes hard for [her] to go to... friends and family when [she's] sad'.

'If you're going through, or have been through a break up where you didn't even end badly,' she tearfully went on.

'Where you still love each other very much and things just weren't meant to be... Tell me how to get through this, because I need all the help that I can get.'

Phoebe ended her caption on a more positive note as she shared her hopes that she will 'be in a better headspace soon'.

She has been supported through the difficult time by her beloved friends, sharing photographs of them together to her Instagram late on Thursday.

'I got my girls,' she captioned the sweet moments with her mates at home, eating takeaways, drinking wine, calling friends on FaceTime, and in bed with her cat.

The couple, who met and fell in love on Love Island Australia in 2022, explained that they still share a lot of love for one another despite the separation.

'Unfortunately, me and Phoebe have decided after two years that we would go our separate ways,' Mitch penned in his lengthy message on Monday.

'Never thought I'd be one to make a break up post, but I feel like it's needed so we can focus on getting through this and moving on.'

He went on to address Phoebe directly, praising her for showering him with love these last two years.

'Phoebe, we fell in love the day we met and from then on you showed me what it's like to be so bloody loved,' he said.

'You gave me an amazing two years and I can't thank you enough for that. But we need time to grow as our own people.'

He finished his message by saying he 'will always be backing' Phoebe.

Meanwhile, Phoebe posted her own break-up message to Instagram at the exact same time.

'I honestly never thought I'd be writing this, but unfortunately Mitch and I have separated,' she wrote.

'As you can imagine, I have been a wreck and not in a good head space as of lately, so I'd really appreciate it if you guys don't ask questions or make assumptions.

The break-up comes months after Mitch unveiled a new tattoo on his arm in December, which he got in honour of Phoebe.

The reality TV star took to Instagram at the time to share the surprise with his followers before filming Phoebe's reaction.

The tattoo displayed the words 'P.S. I love you' on his forearm.

After displaying the ink to his followers, the video abruptly cut to Mitch presenting Phoebe with an empty box with his arms outstretched.

At first, Phoebe did not notice the tattoo on his arm, but when she did, she started to cry tears of joy.

'Do you love it?' Mitch asked her, to which she responded, 'I do,' as she continued to react emotionally.
