The actress, 51, looked nothing short of sensational as she showed off her slender figure in the stylish one-piece, which boasted mesh panels and an asymmetric neckline.
During the beauty video, Kate can be seen using a LYMA laser on her skin as she wore a flawless palette of makeup consisting of a smokey eye shadow and a cluster of diamantes around her eyelids.
She styled her locks into a voluminous half-up hair-do and further accessorised with a large black bow headband.
She captioned the beauty post: 'Honest review. I am sure we have all seen a bunch of things on Instagram promising great results and delivering very little.'

Earlier this month, Kate revealed her weight loss is down to the 'stress and grief' of the death of her stepfather and her mother's cancer diagnosis as she hit back at trolls.
The actress slammed some of her 'a**hole' followers, who told her she needed to put on weight in the comments section of an Instagram post.
After sharing a video clip in a crop top and bikini bottoms, one follower queried where her 'a**' had gone and encouraged Kate to 'do some squats'.
Another claimed her body had 'shrank' while another insisted that she 'seemed upset' in the video posted on Monday evening.
However, Kate fired back at the cruel comments and explained that there were several reasons for her changed figure, including a six-week hospital stint.
She replied: 'No, actually, I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer and I lost a lot of weight from stress and grief...'

'Quite quickly and then I was in hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my oesophagus, which made me vomit copious amounts of blood, and I found eating very hard...'
'And I just worked very very hard on a movie that was actually quite triggering because it also involved the theme of the death of my father so I'm not really concerned about what you think about my a**.
'Maybe you should worry about your own f***ing a**. I suggest shoving something up it, like a large pineapple or a brick.'
Shortly after his death, Kate also revealed that her mother had been diagnosed with stage four cancer.
In recent months, the actress had been caring for her mother and late stepfather after flying them out from the UK to stay with her in Los Angeles.
