Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Tony Mojanovski is the latest groom confirmed to appear on Married at First Sight in 2025.

Tony, 53, who hails from Wollongong, works as a council worker and his family describe him as a 'humble guy' who's had no luck with women.

Friends and family are hopeful that this experience will finally bring him the love he deserves.

'Tony's a fun, genuine guy,' a friend told Daily Mail Australia.

'He loves fishing and the gym, and his dog Teddy is his life,' they added.

However, Tony's friend is worried how he'll handle the show.

'Tony doesn't like conflict so I'm not sure how he is going to handle the dinner parties when things heat up,' they said.

The loveable larrikin previously made headlines when he put his life in jeopardy to help find a teenage fisherman lost at sea.

Tony was walking his dog in Port Kembla when he saw the unfolding situation.

'I came to walk my dog, but unfortunately it all unfolded and I tried to help, but I got washed up on the rocks too,' he told the Daily Telegraph in April, 2022.

Mr Mojanovski was rushed to hospital with a broken shoulder and multiple cuts, while his dog was 'shaken up, but alright.'

This incident only further solidified his reputation as a community hero.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Tony will be the oldest groom on this year's experiment and will be paired with Melbourne mother-of-two, Morena Farina.

Morena, understood to be in her late 50s, is a vibrant Italian DJ who lights up the room with her fun, sweet, and caring nature.

Friends describe her as a 'cool mum', trustworthy, and 'one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet'.

'We really hope that she finds someone who is caring, fun, and in order for MAFS to work they need to match her energy,' one said.

It appears the experts have got one match right, with Tony and Morena spotted looking loved-up as they enjoyed a break from filming on Thursday.

According to a production insider, the pair will bring the vibes and set the tone for the forthcoming series.

'Tony and Morena are a producer's dream and will be serving the laughs and banter the show needs. They're both super relatable and will be able to weigh in with their years of experience,' said the insider.
