Chrissy Teigen went 'scars out' as she glammed up in a plunging ensemble during 'rare' date night with husband, John Legend, on Tuesday.
The media personality, 38 - who recently revealed their son Miles, six, has Type 1 diabetes - filmed a quick selfie video which was uploaded to her Instagram stories and flashed a glimpse of her breast lift scars.
The star put on a stylish display wearing a sleeveless, black dress that contained a deep, V-neck cut on the front for a sultry flare.
She accessorized the look with a flashy, gold body chain and allowed her locks to flow down in light waves.
Teigen explained to her fans and followers that both she and the All Of Me singer, 45 - whom she tied the knot with in 2013 - were about to enjoy a romantic evening together. 'Date night! Very rare, but it happens.'

The performer - who was dapper in a classic black suit - approached his wife as she showed a scar under her right breast.
'Scars out,' Chrissy told the camera, and then pointed out that the body chain 'hides' the scar before the short reel came to an end.
Her makeup was classically done for the date night, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes and a light shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a nude-colored, satin tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
Earlier this year in January, the mother-of-four revealed that she has gotten three boob jobs in the past during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
She said during the interview, 'I feel like the boob job thing is never going to come back around and now no one's going to know.'
The Cravings author continued, 'I've had a lift, a put in, a take them out. I don't like them out.'
And back in 2020, Chrissy revealed that she had first gotten breast implants at the age of 20 while talking to Glamour UK.

'Yeah, I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old,' she told the outlet at the time. 'It was more for a swimsuit thing.'
'I thought, if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.'
However, she explained that she kept her breasts, 'the same cup size. I just filled them out, so they are rounder and firmer.'
'I had a quarter "teardrop" cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line. But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift.'
Teigen added, 'I think you're supposed to replace [implants] every ten years. But when you have kids you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, "This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery."'
Shortly after, she took to social media and revealed that she was getting the implants removed.
'They've been great to me for many years but I'm just over it,' the star wrote. 'I'd like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie!'
'So don't worry about me! All good. I'll still have boobs, they'll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.'

Also on Tuesday in a separate series of clips shared to her Instagram stories, Teigen got candid about aging and hinted at possible eyesight problems.
She talked about seeing her therapist after weeks of being busy and traveling, and discussed how she has been painting and sewing more.
The star explained that she was having 'a lot of eye issues' recently, such as blurry vision. 'I have like dryness around my eyes too, and I really notice it when I'm painting or sewing, basically.'
'I said sometimes when I blink, when I open my eyes again I see glitter...little silver pieces falling everywhere,' Chrissy said, adding she told her therapist that, 'I've convinced myself it's angels.'
'I'm like "Yeah every time I blink and I see all these flicks of glitter, it's an angel that's watching me."'
The TV personality continued, 'He looks at me and he's like, "You should probably go to the hospital [or] an eye doctor and check this out."'
'I'm so embedded in Los Angeles, I'm like "Oh no my poor vision, what could be a brain tumor is angels."'
'Anyhow the lesson here is don't get so hippy-dippy that you mistake what are tell-tale signs of aging, vision loss, for angels.'
Late last month, Chrissy and her family whisked themselves to France to watch the 2024 Paris Olympics to cheer on Team USA.
She also recently revealed her six-year-old son, Miles, has Type 1 diabetes and sent gratitude to fans for their 'love' and 'encouragement.'
