Radio star Jackie 'O' Henderson's new tell-all memoir has rocketed to the top of the Amazon Best Seller's list less than 24 hours since its release was announced.

The 49-year-old revealed on Wednesday morning that she'll be releasing the book titled 'The Whole Truth' on October 29.

Jackie's memoir climbed to the number six spot on the Amazon Best Seller's list just hours after the announcement and reached number two by Thursday morning.

'The book's not even out yet and after a small announcement yesterday, it's already number two on Amazon,' the excited radio host said on her KIIS FM show.

'I'm amazed that people pre-order stuff. I am blown away by this.'

Her co-host Kyle Sandilands then congratulated her on the success of her upcoming memoir.

Jackie thanked her radio listeners 'for the love' and said that she's 'feeling so grateful to those that have bought it already'.

'This is so overwhelming and I'm so excited for you guys to read it,' she added.

Jackie announced she is set to release a memoir on Wednesday and teased fans with the new contents during the Kyle and Jackie O Show.

But the mother-of-one did not go into any detail about what readers can expect, leaving her co-host Kyle Sandilands frustrated.

'It's called The Whole Truth...what have we been getting some half a**ed truth?,' Kyle said, poking fun at the book's provocative title.

'Well [on radio] you [do] get the whole truth, you just don't get all the detail,' his co-host replied.

Elsewhere in the chat, Kyle tried to confirm with Jackie whether the book would go into her sex life - but Jackie dodged the issue.

She did however confirm that the book would deal with her former marriages to Phil O'Neil and Lee Henderson.

Meanwhile, Jackie took to her Instagram with a post about the new book in which she admitted she was scared about being 'judged' over what the memoir reveals.

'So I finally decided to write a book,' she began her message to followers.

'And I'm really excited (and slightly terrified) to share it with you all,' she admitted.

'There's a lot I've shared on radio throughout the years, but there's an equal amount I haven't.

'Endless hours and months were spent sitting on this couch revisiting all the highs and lows and there were times I thought about abandoning it altogether, mostly out of fear, fear of judgement I guess.

'But I've realised it's better to own every part of me, even the parts I've struggled to speak about before, because speaking the truth brings more peace than hiding from it ever could.

'I'm so proud to share my story and give you all of me in this book.'

Jackie also included a photo of herself showing off the cover of her new memoir.

The book sleeve features a moody black and white photo of the radio star.

The media star has been married twice before. Jackie wed DJ 'Ugly' Phil O'Neil in the late '90s.

After it ended in divorce she went on to marry UK photographer Lee Henderson in 2003 with the pair welcoming their daughter Catalina 'Kitty' Henderson in December 2010.

The couple announced their separation in October 2018 but continue to have an amicable relationship as they co-parent their daughter.

Meanwhile, Jackie recently discussed her 'dating life' as a single.

The radio queen, who has been seen with a string of 'balcony boys' - younger suitors - has been enjoying dates on the balcony of her home in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

But those days are behind her, Jackie confessed during the Kyle and Jackie O Show earlier this month.

Jackie said she was now interested in finding romantic attachment with men over 40.
