Larry Emdur has made a shocking pledge if he wins the Gold Logie.

The Channel Seven star, 59, believes his chances are so slim that he has promised to expose himself live on-air.

'I'm so confident I won't win, I'll happily get all the nominees name initials tattooed on my **se on The Morning Show live on Monday [if I do],' the television star told news.com.au on Thursday.

The Morning Show co-host was nominated for the award earlier this year alongside I'm A Celebrity hosts Robert Irwin and Julia Morris, as well as ABC presenter Tony Armstrong, Sonia Kruger, Asher Keddie and Andy Lee.

Pitted against these nominees, Larry isn't holding out hope for a win.

'I feel confident that I won't be getting a tattoo on my **se on The Morning Show,' he reiterated.

Last month, the morning television star showed viewers the 'reality' behind the prestigious award.

While on a getaway, Larry announced he was staying in a humble caravan park.

Posing in a black baseball cap, Larry could be seen standing in an outdoor picnic area next to a power board waiting for a kettle to boil.

'Ever since being nominated for a Gold Logie my life has become super VIP,' Larry joked in the accompanying caption.

'I just found a power point in van park to boil the kettle for my instant coffee... It's gunna be a great day.'

It comes after Larry shared the shocking news that there were pictures circulating the internet showing the Channel Seven stalwart being 'arrested' by police.

He shared the fake images that were AI-generated in an Instagram post in July.

In one photo, a devastated-looking Larry is being carried off by two police officers and includes the caption: 'Larry's media career over.'

A second image shows Larry being escorted by two law enforcement officials.

'According to the internet it looks like I've been arrested twice since Sunday's Logie announcement,' Larry captioned his post.

Known for his quick wit and sense of humour, Larry could not resist taking a belt to the scammers behind the fake pictures.

'I refuse to give in ! I'll be running the rest of my Logies campaign from prison,' he joked.

He also took the opportunity to take a cheeky dig at Gold Logie nominee Tony Armstong.

'I know you are behind this [scam] Tony,' Larry added.

Meanwhile, Tony responded: 'Mate, at the ABC, we are all about honesty.'
