That's not fine with us! Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte land a parking ticket while running errands in Beverly Hills

While they've hushed recent speculation over the state of their marriage by showing they're still very much in love, Mel B and Stephen Belafonte hit a different sort of rough patch on Thursday.

As the couple ran errands around Beverly Hills, California, in their luxury Cadillac SUV, Stephen landed them a ticket after parking too far from the curb during a quick stop at Anastasia salon.

They returned to their vehicle as a parking enforcement officer tapped out the ticket on his machine, but took the fine in their stride, not allowing it to dampen their mood as they drove off together.

For the excursion, Mel, wearing a stylish pair of sunglasses, displayed her toned curves in a black tank top, which she teamed with matching leggings and boots.

And their day was going so well that Stephen later took to Instagram to show off a shot of them looking loved up.

'My baby @officialmelb loves me for being me!! #oneluckyman #soulmate #mywifeiscrazysexy,' the film producer and director wrote. 

The utterly smitten twosome appeared to be near their home in Los Angeles, basking in the sunshine while on a day out together.

The couple have been married since 2007, and have a daughter together - Madison Brown Belafonte - as well as her daughters from previous relationships, Phoenix Chi and Angel, and his daughter Giselle.

And although they now maintain to be stronger than ever, it was speculated in December that things were amiss in their relationship. 

Mel was forced to miss an episode of The X Factor in December due to being hospitalized, shortly before the show's final back towards the end of 2014.

And when she did make her return on December 14, fans on Twitter said they thought the singer appeared bruised and scratched, and also noted that she wasn't wearing her wedding ring.

The couple swiftly became embroiled in domestic violence claims, which they vehemently denied.

It was alleged that the TV judge had left Stephen before she was rushed to hospital - which caused her to miss the first live show on December 13, during the ITV singing competition's final weekend.

However, she later revealed in a video posted online that all is well in her marriage following much speculation - and that she and husband Stephen are 'madly in love.'

The latest loved-up selfie comes just a day after the 39-year-old singer and TV judge was seen enjoying a little personal time on Wednesday. 

The beauty was spotted without her three children or husband Stephen as she enjoyed a solo shopping trip in Beverly Hills.

Mel looked laid-back for the outing, dressing casually in black leggings and a matching sports bra under a white tank top as she browsed the shops. 

The former Spice Girl finished off her look with a pair of shimmery black Ugg boots, and a small black Chanel cross body purse.

Mel's dark locks were pulled back into a ponytail, and she hid her eyes behind a pair of over-sized black sunglasses.

She mostly kept her accessories simple on the laid-back shopping trip, but did sport a large gold watch.

The singer was spotted in Beverly Hills without three-year-old Madison, her only child with film producer husband Stephen.

Her 16-year-old Phoenix Chi from first husband Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar and seven-year-old Angel Iris from past romance with Eddie Murphy were also not in attendance.
