Even when jet lagged she always starts the day with a session on her treadmill.
And the hard work is obviously paying off, with Heidi Klum looking incredibly toned as she slipped into a black mini dress with net detailing on the red carpet for America's Got Talent on Wednesday.
The 41-year-old's gym sculpted arms and legs, along with her slender stomach, showed the evidence of her hard work.

Heidi often shares her workouts with fans, Instagraming snaps of her treadmill screen as she works out.
'Slow and steady wins the race! #iknowimslow #youtryit,' she tweeted last week.
A few days previously the mother-of-four tweeted another snap of the screen, adding: 'Monday morning #jet-leg #4miles.'
Of course it isn't just workouts that make Heidi look good - the 5ft9.5in supermodel is undeniably genetically blessed.

Joining her on the red carpet was former Spice Girl Mel B, who wore a striped gold and black bodycon dress that clung to her curves.
The mother-of-three wore her dark hair straight and slicked down from a centre parting.
Mel, 39, posed with her hands on hips at the event, held to celebrate next month's return of the show to screens.

Season ten will debut on May 26 in The U.S., with judges Mel and Heidi being joined by Howard Stern and Howie Mandel, who were also at Wednesday's event.
Returning as host will be Nick Cannon, who wore an eye catching white suit and a pair of shades on the red carpet.
