The news elicited shrieks of joy from some audience members, though others started to boo the news.
The couple's romantic squabbles were on full display in season 11, much of which revolved around Tinsley's unwillingness to move to Chicago, where Scott lives, without having a ring on her finger.
After Andy mentioned Luann de Lesseps, Jill Zarin expressed how surprised she was about Luann's substance abuse problems.
'I was very surprised — well, I know Luann. I’m not surprised in some ways because I know her,' she said. 'You know, she projected one way, but we’re all hypocrites, let’s be honest…we’re all hypocrites. We all say one thing, do another and it’s owning it. I have. I’m a hypocrite. I know it.'

Despite the good news, things got a bit saltier when former Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo took aim at Teresa Giudice.
Teresa had previously suggested during an interview with Andy last month that Caroline may have informed on her and her husband, possibly leading to their convictions for fraud.
'There's nothing I can say to that because you can't argue with crazy. You can't argue with stupid,' Caroline fired back during the panel.
She also said Teresa looked 'completely detached,' from her husband during their joint interview.
'Their marriage to me completely looks broken and that’s okay, she said. 'S*** happens.'
Teresa was joined at the event by her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, who seems to have gotten a warmer reception.
