The German model, 51, who celebrated her birthday at the beginning of the month, showed off her enviable figure.
She flipped her dark blonde locks over her face and tugged suggestively at the sides of her underwear.
Heidi captioned the post for her 12M followers: 'Buongiorno Amore mio'. This is Italian for 'Good morning my love'.
The former Victoria's Secret model is married to guitarist Tom Kaultiz, 36, of German rock band Tokio Hotel.

Heidi and Seal reunited 10 years on from their divorce at Henry's high school graduation earlier in June.
Seal, who never remarried, was accompanied by his assistant-turned-girlfriend Laura Strayer.
