Fans of the cult video game Fallout will have woken up on Friday buzzing to throw themselves back into the apocalypse following Amazon Prime's new series release.

As the sci-fi dystopian world of sawn-off limbs, caps and vault-dwellers hits our screens, a survival expert insists fiction is not too far from reality with preparation for a devastating nuclear bomb already underway in the US.

Robert Vicino, head of the survival firm Vivos, claims a network of underground bunkers has already been built for society's elites and he's convinced he knows where, Denver Airport in Colorado.

The airport has been shrouded in mystery ever since it opened in 1995. Weird décor and creepy art reflecting war and peace have only added to the intrigue of the 34,000 acre site.

Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport is riddled with conspiracy theories

Some even claim the runway is shaped like a Swastika. A giant model red-eyed horse, called Mustang, stands outside and killed its sculptor Luis Jimenez after falling on him and severing an artery.

Many conspiracy theories surround Denver Airport’s links to a supposed all-powerful group dubbed the Global Elites or New World Order (NWO).

The airport was dedicated to the New World Airport Commission which some believe is the NWO.

Robert Vicino, head of the survival firm Vivos, said in 2018: “There are plenty of bread crumbs that do lead to the very high probability that there is a massive government underground bunker beneath the Denver Airport.

Fallout
Here's to hoping we don't survive looking like this

“Sometimes you need to look at the missing evidence to see the truth. Why hasn’t the government sought to prove that it doesn’t exist?

“We know that the airport was $2 billion over budget and was overbuilt – it’s twice the size of Manhattan. It was also not really necessary, since there was already an airport closer to downtown.”

A Masonic symbol on the airport plaque and the fact the date of dedication, March 19, 1994, adds up to 33 which is the highest level of freemasonry has fuelled more speculation.

“During construction, it was said that the reason it went over budget was because buildings were buried, including a baggage system that apparently never worked,” added Mr Vicino. “Nobody spends billions on an underground building only to then cover it up and claim it doesn’t work or was built in the wrong location.

A satellite view of Denver Airport
A satellite view of Denver Airport, conspiracy theorists claim that if you squint, you can see a Swastika in the runway outlines

“It is very suspicious that Google Earth has a gap in closeup imagery of the Denver Airport from June 1993 through until September 1999. Yet, they do provide larger area views, thereby confirming that they have the satellite images, but won’t provide them in higher closeup resolution.”

Theorists believe the “secret complex” underground is connected to the capital Washington DC by a high-speed train.

Mr Vicino pointed to similar facilities such as Burlington Bunker beneath RAF Horsham in Wiltshire which was kept under wraps for 60 years, and the top secret Greenbrier under a resort hotel in West Virginia.

President Joe Biden reportedly disclosed that there was an underground bunker at the old US Naval Observatory. According to Mr Vicino, Barack Obama made an unofficial stop at the airport and “disappeared for an hour”.

Tunnels
Conspiracy theorists believe the airport is a front for bunkers

He said: “Over the years, Vivos has communicated with many ‘inside sources’ that have provided us ample testimony that there is not just a bunker under the Denver Airport, but a massive city like complex.

“We heard reports from the computer programmer that put his own family’s name on the access list, to a former high level personal security officer of the Secretary of State who stated he escorted the Secretary there but was restricted to remain outside the blast door since his security clearance wasn’t high enough.

“To not believe the bunker is there is naïve. To provide absolute proof could be deadly!”

Denver Airport previously explained the runway is shaped like a “pinwheel”, and the airport commission is actually a group of “local business and political figures".
