He stated that beauty perceptions in today's world are "constantly evolving", influenced by various factors such as celebrities, social media trends and cultural shifts. But he noted people are now veering away from the Kardashian look, preferring a more natural appearance instead.

Dr. Ducu said: "In recent years, we've witnessed a notable transition from the pursuit of extreme curves, often associated with the 'Kim Kardashian' body trend, to a more natural aesthetic known as the 'clean girl aesthetic'.

"Social media platforms play a significant role in shaping these beauty ideals, as influencers and celebrities showcase their preferred looks to millions of followers. As trends come and go, the beauty industry adapts accordingly, offering treatments and products to cater to changing preferences."
