Former This Morning presenter Eamonn Holmes has slammed Phillip Schofield as "toxic" and "abusing his power" at ITV.
The presenter responded to Schofield's latest statement addressing toxicity, as Eamonn called him out for "abusing his power".
Phillip Schofield addressed his departure from ITV as news of his relationship with a younger co-worker emerged, with Schofield stating his affair was "unwise, but not illegal".

In an interview with GB News, Eamonn Holmes lifted the lid on how ITV had "covered up" the "toxicity" of Schofield as Holmes accused him of "abusing his power".
Speaking to GB News presenter Dan Wootton on Monday night (May 29), Holmes said: "I think Phillip is absolutely right about toxicity."
He then turned to the camera and said: "But my friend, the toxicity is not with me, Dan Wootton or anyone else. The toxicity is with you, and your mates in management, and everybody who kept you in power, and an abuse of power for so long.
"If I'm guilty of anything, it's speaking up for all those researchers who you ignored all those producers who you treated like dirt, all those people who are texting and phoning me and Dan Wootton and saying, 'We feel now empowered to come out and tell the public the truth'.
"Because the truth is, the public can't handle the truth. They think you're a little 'broom cupboard' person and they grew up with you and you're adorable and lovely, but you left your fame and your power corrupt you.
"That's where we're at today. If I'm guilty of anything, then it's guilty of exposing you."
In the tell-all interview, Holmes also revealed Schofield would enjoy Thursday "playtime" after work with his lover, all while being married to his wife.
Eamonn claimed this would usually end with the man staying at his overnight at his £1million London abode.
Holmes told Dan he had decided to stand up for 'people who hadn't got a voice'.
Speaking of the scandal engulfing ITV, he said: "It's a total cover up. Those in authority had to know.
"They had to know what was going on and they thought they would dodge the bullet which they did and they do constantly.
"All I'm here to do is to speak for people who hadn't got a voice... I'm speaking on behalf of them."
