The two S21 phones I ordered and received are virtually brand new and in pristine condition! Definitely have to read the descriptions to make sure you get similar, otherwise the slightly cheaper ones can contain some scuffs and blemishes. You get what you pay for! Both phones easily activated with Verizon after I transferred the sim cards, and also transferred everything over from the old phones fully, completely and flawlessly! We upgraded from our old Samsung S9s and the process was EZ!

The device arrived packed nicely and marked fragile. Outer appearance satisfactory a few screen imperfections barely noticeable. There are very obvious scratches on the back likely from long-term case trapped debris, it's covered by a case anyway. SIM took easily and a few weeks of use and the device functions as expected so far!

This phone looks like it came right out of the box when they said excellent condition, they totally meant it! There was not a scratch anywhere the phone is in beyond perfect condition. The insurance policy was email promptly. There was an issue was shipping, but it had nothing to do with the shipper but USPS. But the seller was extremely great by following up with the post office and if the post office couldn't get the phone to me in a timely manner, they would refund me as po was backed up.
