0.6 to J Charles, chopped on! A Boult from the New Zealand blue! Length just outside off that might have just held in the surface a shade. Charles gives himself room, trying to force it through the off side. The bottom hand takes over too much, though, and he tugs at it, eventually dragging it onto his stumps. Just the start NZ would have been after!. 1/1 12.3 to AD Russell, Boult outwits Russell! And the crowd goes silent again! Off-pace and into the track outside off. Russell, like the last ball, almost swings himself off his feet. Loses all shape and spoons it up off the outer half of the bat. Ferguson settles under it at short third and makes no mistake. This could impact how many WI eventually end up with!. 76/7 17.5 to AS Joseph, cleans him up! Back of a length just outside off. Skids on low and comes back in with the angle. Joseph is late to get his bat down, beaten by the inward movement and the lack of bounce. Kisses the outside of off stump, and the Kiwis are just one wicket away from bowling West Indies out!. 112/9 | ||||||||||

3.5 to N Pooran, goes straight up, and Southee gets the better of Pooran! Banged in short outside off and this gets awfully big on Pooran. He tries to swipe it away but the extra bounce means that he cannot control the stroke. Skews off the top edge and Conway, after circling under it for a bit, completes the catch. West Indies have been rocked again! Hang on. Just hang on...there is a check to see if the ball touched the wire of the spider-cam. If it did, it will be called a dead ball and Pooran will survive. The third umpire is happy that is not the case, and Pooran's dismissal has been confirmed!. 20/2 5.4 to R Powell, edged and gone! Southee strikes again, and West Indies are in all sorts of trouble now! Back of a length in the sixth stump channel. Powell looks to guide it fine but the ball climbs onto it. He cannot get on top of it and all he manages is a nick through to Conway, who stoops down low to snare the chance. This has been a dream start for the Kiwis!. 22/4 | ||||||||||

4.3 to RL Chase, Chase bites the dust too! West Indies are faltering! Dug into the track just outside off and Chase thinks he can deposit this in front of square. The ball seems to hold in the surface a shade, though, which means Chase is slightly early into the stroke. Clinks it up tamely and Rachin, running back from mid on, does the rest. Three wickets in the powerplay, and NZ well on top!. 21/3 16.2 to R Shepherd, a Ferguson celebrappeal, and the finger goes up. That looked pretty plumb! Shortish on middle and off. Decks back in off the surface and keeps low too. Shepherd, swiping across the line, misses it by a margin and the ball pins him on the back leg, right in front of middle stump. Shepherd has reviewed it, but it looks more in hope than anticipation. No bat involved and Ball Tracking has it smashing into middle stump, two-thirds of the way up. West Indies are eight down now!. 103/8 | ||||||||||

6.3 to BA King, six and out! The crowd are stunned, and half of the West Indian side is now back in the shed! Fullish outside off. Perhaps a bit of nip away and King is drawn into a poke with an open bat face. Almost guides it to Conway's right, who dives smartly and holds on!. 30/5 | ||||||||||

10.6 to AJ Hosein, taken sharply by Neesham! Back of a length on middle and off. Holds in the surface and spins back into Hosein. He tries to work it past short mid wicket but hits it uppishly. Neesham snaps to his left and gobbles up the chance. Just as a partnership was building, WI lose their sixth!. 58/6 | ||||||||||

2.6 to DP Conway, Conway perishes, and it is that man Akeal Hosein again! Slowed up a smidgen on a length on off. Conway looks for the sweep but this seems to be the arm-ball. Holds in the surface, bounces extra and loops up off the top edge. Chase makes no mistake at short fine leg, and that is a vital breakthrough for the West Indies!. 20/1 | ||||||||||

18.6 to TA Boult, Russell has the last laugh! Cutter into the track outside off. Boult continues swinging at it but does not pick the variation. Swipes too early at it and the ball skews up off the outside edge. Chase settles under it and hammers the ninth nail into the New Zealand coffin!. 117/9 | ||||||||||

5.4 to FH Allen, taken this time! Joseph breaks the game open further! Sharp back of a length delivery on middle and off, and this gets onto Allen quickly. Up to his chest and the lack of room means he cannot free his arms. Splices it straight to Russell at deep square leg, and he was never going to drop that!. 34/2 15.1 to JDS Neesham, this has gone so high up and this is going to bring down the clouds with it. Still in the air...still in the air...and eventually taken by Brandon King! Fullish and angling across the batter outside off. Neesham tries to smoke this into oblivion but only gets elevation. King has to wait an eternity under it, running to his left from extra cover and when it does, he is on top of his game. Clean catch, and NZ sink further into trouble!. 85/6 17.4 to GD Phillips, miscued, and the West Indies captain completes the catch! Is that the game? Banged in shortish on middle and leg. This is a little shorter than the previous deliveries and gets bigger on Phillips. He cannot free his arms fully and he shanks it towards long on. Powell comes charging in and snaffles up the chance. Hops up in delight, and the West Indies know they are almost there!. 108/7 17.5 to TG Southee, Southee departs first ball! Back of a length just outside off. Southee pre-meditates his shuffle across his stumps. By the time the ball arrives, he is cramped for room and all he can do is spoon it up. Joseph calls early, runs back to his right and takes the catch. Joseph has four, West Indies have eight, and the finish line very much within sight now!. 108/8 | ||||||||||

6.4 to KS Williamson, edged and gone! The crowd erupts, and Williamson has to walk back! Fizzed through on a back of a length outside off. Williamson thinks it is short enough to cut and shapes for the stroke. The ball, though, spins just enough to graze the outside edge and Pooran, after a slight juggle, completes the catch. Massive moment in the game!. 39/3 8.5 to R Ravindra, Motie has another! And Russell has another catch too! Fired into the slot on middle and leg. Rachin thinks he can whip this off his pads and into the stands. Gets a decent chunk of it but dos not get the elevation to clear deep mid wicket. Russell barely has to move, and NZ are four down now!. 54/4 10.6 to DJ Mitchell, cleans him up with an absolute corker! Floated up deliciously on a fullish length on middle and off. Drifts into Mitchell, which makes him think he can go over Motie's head. Drops on him late, though, and then rips past the outside edge, knocking back off stump. Mitchell cannot believe what has happened, but he has to walk back. West Indies continue to tighten their grip on this game!. 63/5 | ||||||||||
