Julie Bradford sat on the bed with her daughter, Jessica and tears streamed down both their faces.
Jessica was just 18 and had been diagnosed with cervical cancer. It had spread to her lymph nodes and the doctors said she’d never be able to have children.
“Your life comes first,” the doctor told her.
Without treatment Jessica could die, so there was no choice but to undergo surgery.
Julia, now 48, held her daughter as she sobbed.
