It is well known among crafters that our creative hobbies are an effective way of dealing with life’s stressors and generally maintaining good mental health. Indeed, there are any number of household trinkets and computer memes now available to remind us — and our families and friends — that while we may sometimes seem a little obsessive about what we do and that we seem to spend a lot of time and money shopping for supplies, in the end, it’s cheaper than seeing a therapist — and you get gorgeous hand-made items to boot!
